1 Preliminary Datasheet SGM7SZ126 GENERL DESCRIPTION The SGM7SZ126 is a single buffer with three-state output from SGMICRO's Small Logic series. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad operating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65 to 5.5 operating range. The inputs and output are high impedance when is 0. Inputs tolerate voltages up to 6, independent of operating voltage. The output tolerates voltages above in the 3-state condition. FETURES Ultra-High Speed: t PD = 3.4ns (TYP) into 50pF at = 3.3 High Output Drive: ±24m at = 3 Broad Operating Range: 1.65 to 5.5 Matches Performance of LCX Operated at = 3.3 Power Down High-Impedance Inputs/Output Over-oltage Tolerance Inputs Facilitate 5 to 3 Translation vailable in Green SOT-23-5 and SC70-5 Packages The SGM7SZ126 is available in Green SOT-23-5 and SC70-5 packages.
