Metazet/ FormFlex has been developing various logistic systems for that purpose over the past 25 years; used jointly or individually, they can make a major contribution to the success of your greenhouse. Worldwide, Metazet is a renowned and leading name within the horticulture. For almost 40 years, Metazet has been developing and producing a wide range of metal products for the horticultural sector, such as support and hanging materials. 2 We have a special department for our extensive logistic solutions: Metazet/ FormFlex Logistics. This department has all the knowledge and experience necessary to offer you good advice, customized to your circumstances. Metazet/FormFlex Logistics offers you the following logistic systems and solutions for pot plants and/or floriculture. M-Track The M-Track system of Metazet/FormFlex is an internal transport system based on an induction-driven truck. Harvesting trolleys are coupled to the truck, so that they can be transported within the company. The sensor follows the predetermined route by means of an induction wire. This route can be set with virtually no limitations, and it can be entered optionally by means of a touchscreen on the control panel. Simulation Our modern design technology enables us to create a M-Track simulation in a drawing of your greenhouse or processing area. Any desired or present processing line can be included. This enables us to create the perfect layout for your business together with you. Technology and safety The M-Track is a strong, powerful truck with robust, solid tires. It can be operated either automatically or manually. Its speed has been limited for safety reasons. The safety bumper in combination with the laser scanners ensure that it stops as soon as there is an obstacle in front of the trolley. Possibilities Since there are almost no limits on possible routings, the M-Track system is very suitable for combining with other logistic systems. Examples of these include unloading units and tipping units. Buffer controls and the control of automatic doors also belong to the possibilities. Metazet/FormFlex offers for any crop and any system a suitable harvesting trolley.

3 M-Truck The M-Truck is an individual electric truck. It can be coupled to various types of trolley, such as harvesting and transport trolleys. The M-Truck also features rear-wheel drive and robust, solid tyres. Its user-friendly control unit makes operating the truck very simple and safe. Its speed is limited to 10 km/h. It comes fitted with batteries, a battery charger and a battery charge meter. Because of its modest dimensions of only 1.60 x 0.83m, it is very ergonomic and easy to manoeuvre. Where possible, we can adjust any trolleys you already have so that they can be used in combination with the M-Truck. Because of its ease of operation, its simplicity and attractive pricing, you will choose an excellent logistic solution if you use the M-Truck of Metazet/FormFlex, without large investments or adjustments within your company. M-Trike The M-Trike is an electrically powered trike, suitable for pulling two Danish trolleys or one auction trolley. It is also highly suitable for passenger transport. It has a holder for so-called Europool crates, which are ideal for transporting, for instance, tools needed by maintenance personnel. Its compact build makes the M-Trike very easy to manoeuvre around and between obstacles. Because of the large rear air tyres, it can even be used on soft surfaces. The maximum speed can be set at one of two levels: 7 km/h or 10 km/h, and speed can be adjusted continuously. The M-Trike is supplied standard with batteries, a battery charger and a battery charge meter. Couplings for Danish trolleys or Wippon trolleys, leak-proof tyres and a quick charger are optional. M-Trike XL800/XL1500 You can opt for the M-Trike XL for pulling several Danish trolleys or auction trolleys. With its length of 150 cm, its width of 75 cm and its 800W or 1500W motor, this M-Trike XL is a very maneuverable little powertrike. The adjustable backrest makes driving comfortable, easy and secure for everyone. For the M-Trike as well as the M-Trike XL optional components are available, such as a quick charger, couplings for Danish trolleys or CCwagons and leak proof tires Also the M-Trike (XL) can be supplied with a holder for so-called Europool crates, which are ideal for transporting, for instance, tools needed by maintenance personnel.

4 M-Trans XL The M-Trans is an electrically powered transport vehicle with a spacious, open body of 90 x 150 x 15cm or 280 x 115 x 15 cm. You can easily put one pallet into it, and the optional tipping body makes unloading easy and efficient, for instance, sand or soil. Given that the M-Trans is custom made, it can be produced entirely to suit your required application. The M-Trans has a 3000W, 48V engine and can drive at a maximum speed of 10 Km/h. The M-Trans has an electric parking brake and comes standard with an emergency stop switch, a battery indicator and a built-in battery charger. A towing bar can be fitted if required. The vehicle can be supplied in your in-house color, and your logo can be lasered on the front. Harvesting trolleys and trailers For all crops we produce harvesting trolleys, which are safe, ergonomic and fully designed to suit the customer s requirements. They can be fitted with different towing bars, so they can also be adapted to your logistics system or for use in combination with the Chain Track or M-Track system. The unloading device can be fitted either below or at the side of the trolley. They can be supplied in any RAL colour. We also design and produce several kinds of trailers for all kinds of use, like the double turntable trailer. The detachable hitch arm can be placed on both sides of the cart so it doesn t have to be turned in narrow paths. The removable poles and platforms provide virtually unlimited applications of this turntable trailer. All our trailers can be used in combination with our electrical carts.

5 Chain Track system The Chain Track system is an internal transport system which is ideally suited for glasshouse horticulture. It is a fully automated system for transporting full and empty harvesting trolleys to the locations determined by you. This primarily mechanical system, which is very userfriendly and lowmaintenance, produces immediate, considerable savings in labour costs. The Chain Track also eliminates a large part of your physical efforts and those of your employees. The Chain Track system is designed, installed and commissioned in-house by Metazet/FormFlex. Chain Tracks can be installed in existing greenhouses as well as in new ones. Simulation Our modern design technology enables us to create a chain track simulation in a drawing of your greenhouse or processing area. Any desired or present processing line can be included. This enables us to create the perfect layout for your business together with you. Routing and options The Chain Track system can be fitted with turn wheels, which means that it can also be installed in greenhouses with a T junction or in nurseries with several greenhouses and a processing area in the centre. The Chain Track can of course be integrated seamlessly into your current processing unit. We can also fit the trolleys with a trolley recognition system. A wide range of applications are possible, which we will be pleased to discuss with you. Harvesting trolleys Metazet/FormFlex supplies its Chain Track system with harvesting trolleys that can be tailored entirely to suit your requirements. The trolleys can be supplied with large wheels if desired. The unloading device for full harvesting trolleys can be fitted either below or at the side. Of course, tailor-made trolleys can also be designed to suit your specific needs. In addition to the chain track trolleys, Metazet/FormFlex can of course also supply you with traditional harvesting trolleys.

6 Suspended Chain Track Especially for hanging crops suspended above another crop as a second cultivation layer or hanging from the ceiling of the processing area, the Suspended Chain track of Metazet/FormFlex is an excellent choice. The Suspended Chain track can be fitted in nearly any existing or new greenhouse. Tailor-made The Suspended Chain Track can be tailor-made to suit your specific needs and preferences. This includes, for instance, the distance between plants, the number of loops in a greenhouse section, the track length and the working height of the harvesting track. Metazet/FormFlex will design the Suspended Chain Track entirely based on your ideas and conditions. Technology Only one engine unit is needed to move along 300 metres of track. The track can be built in many different ways, while still needing only a small number of engine units. The wear-resistant, durable track guides enclosing the chain make this a very safe and reliable system. Benefits and possibilities As a grower, you will be able to generate additional revenue by installing a second cultivation layer in your hall. Because it is possible to lower the Track when it is working, all the work on this second cultivation layer can be done in one place. This leads to increased safety for people and crop as well as a considerable reduction in labour. Any obstacles in the greenhouse or processing area can easily be avoided. Nearly all pot sizes can be hung in the Suspended Chain Track, so that plants can be in different stages of development. This means that nothing will keep you from installing the Suspended Chain Track system. To save costs, this system has been designed in such a way that you can install it yourself. Of course you can also choose to leave installation to us.

7 MVDS The Multi Variable Gutter System (MVDS) of Metazet/FormFlex is an automated system, suitable for crop gutters sideways. Depending on your crop and cultivation method, both the gutter type and the distance between gutters can vary. Since aisles between the gutters are no longer needed, the MVDS makes optimum use of the available space. All crop care, planting and harvesting is done at a single location, saving much time and logistic adjustments. The many possible variations in gutter types, distances and gutter load also makes the system suitable for a large range of crops and cultivation methods. Accumulating roller tracks Growers of pot plants are continuously expanding their product range. Not only are they growing many different colours, but different varieties of plants are often grown at the same company. Processing and sorting the different plants takes large amounts of time and is often physically tiring. Metazet/FormFlex has developed the accumulating roller tracks for this purpose: a system for light and easy plant sorting. A minimum of force will put the rollers into motion. They will then move along the load smoothly and powerfully, without crushing the trays. Clapper track Especially for forcing bulbs in heavy crates, Metazet/FormFlex has developed the clapper track. This system provides a labour-friendly environment for processing heavy crates, reducing the physical effort required from employees and enabling them to process your products faster and more easily. The clappers will do the heavy work for you.

8 M-Lift 2, M-Lift 3 en M-Lift 4 Metazet/FormFlex has developed a complete series of hydraulic scissor trolleys. These scissor trolleys are automatically and continuously adjustable in height. Depending on the required maximum height, you can choose the M-Lift 2 with two scissors, the M-Lift 3 with 3 scissors, or the M-Lift 4 with 4 scissors. All our scissor trolleys are suitable for tube rail sizes from 415mm centre to centre. They can reach a maximum height of as much as 5.7 meters. The M-Lift 3 and the M-Lift 4 can be fitted with stabilising poles. The simple operation and ergonomic design make the M-Lift suitable for use by anyone. Service Department All our logistic systems and products are manufactured with the greatest care and attention in our factory in Wateringen. If you nevertheless come across a problem or fault in one of our products, please contact our Service Department. Our own service engineers will visit your premises to deal with the problem or fault as quickly as possible. If a software-based fault occurs, we can usually rectify this remotely by means of our remotecontrol service. We provide our extensive services to all our customers, anywhere in the world.
