2 1 Welcome to Regions itreasury Welcome to Regions itreasury online banking. The itreasury suite of services provides an electronic window to your bank account through any PC with access to the Internet. itreasury gives you the tools you need to manage your accounts from one point of control. using a standard web browser, you will be able to access a streamlined menu of easy to use cash management products. Need Help? If you have questions after reviewing this guide, call Regions Commercial Client Services at from 7 AM to 6 PM Central Time. Minimum Operating Requirements > > Screen resolution of 1024 x 786 or larger. > The browser should have the latest version of Sun Microsystems Java enabled ( > High-speed Internet connection. > Getting Started Depending on your company s elected service options and individual user permissions, you may or may not see all screens and options to perform the tasks described in this guide. Access itreasury by entering the following URL into your web browser:

3 2 Dashboard and Menu The Dashboard is the first screen users see after logging in to itreasury. The Dashboard is used to display general system notices and real-time balance overviews. The contents displayed on the Dashboard will vary depending on the services elected and the level of access (permissions) granted to the user by the System Administrator. As a result, different Dashboard functions may be available to different users within the organization. itreasury users may customize the Dashboard view by selecting accounts to which they have access to be displayed on the Dashboard. itreasury Dashboard Depending on the services to which the company subscribes and the individual user s permissions, the Dashboard may display the following sections: System Notices Alerts requiring attention or event notifications. Bank Notices General bank communications for all itreasury users regarding system alerts or deadlines. Balances & Activity This section may provide the following: o Deposit Accounts Real-time account balances and pending transactions. o Credit Line Account Activity Real-time line of credit account and payment details. o Loan Account Activity Real-time loan account and payment details. Note: A maximum of 30 accounts can be viewed on the Dashboard including deposit accounts, lines of credit and loans.

4 3 SYSTEM NOTICES System Notices are located at the top of the Dashboard screen. For example, Positive Pay subscribers receive notification via the System Notices screen that the daily exception files have been loaded and are ready for review. Other system notices might include that an ACH batch and/or a Wire transfer requires approval in order to be processed. Some notices are in message form, while others may require the user to click a hyperlink in order to perform an action or to access additional information. Note: To remove old notifications, place a checkmark next to the notice(s) and click Delete. BANK NOTICES General notifications from Regions are displayed as Bank Notices. These notifications may give details of when itreasury will be unavailable due to maintenance, or if there is a virus alert of which the company needs to be aware. Bank notices can provide information in message form and/or hyperlinks. Note: These notices will be automatically removed from itreasury as they expire or become irrelevant. BALANCES & ACTIVITY Each itreasury user may have a maximum of 30 accounts set up on the Dashboard for deposit accounts, credit lines and loans. The accounts are displayed in separate sections under Balances & Activity according to account type. Account preferences for this section can be edited using the Edit Preferences option if the user has been granted access to this function. DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS The accounts displayed under Deposit Accounts provide real-time account details. This section can be refreshed allowing users to view the most current information. Users may also click the Account Number link to view pending transactions. Account preferences for this section can be edited using the Edit Preferences option if the user has been granted access to this function.

5 4 CREDIT LINES The Credit Line section of the Dashboard displays real-time information on the next payment amount, due date, interest rate, available credit and principal balance of a credit line. Further details can be viewed by clicking the Account Number link. LOANS The Loans section provides real-time details for loan accounts. This section displays the next payment amount, due date, interest rate and principal balances as well as other loan account information. Further details may be viewed and loan payments made by clicking the Account Number link. itreasury Menu Depending on the services to which your company subscribes and a user s permissions, the itreasury main menu may display the following services and options. BALANCES The Balances service provides the ability to search and view ledger balances, available balances and total float information for any account to which the user has access.

6 5 TRANSFERS This service is for internal account transfers. The submenu for Transfers may include: Make Transfers (default) Single & Recurring Entry / Multi Entry Approve Transfers Approve transfer requests if needed Scheduled Transfers List of future scheduled transfers Transfer History Search and view list of previous transfers (maximum of 7 days) CASH CONCENTRATION This service allows the option to sweep funds from an approved account at another bank into a Regions settlement account or internally from one Regions account to another. REPORTING Reporting provides general and customized reports. Depending on the services to which your company subscribes and level of user access, the submenu for Reporting may include: Information Reporting (default) Previous day and current day reports Transaction Search Detailed search criteria for specific transaction searches BAI2 Export Formatted report export containing standard transaction type codes Special Reports Daily and monthly reports for ACH Returns, Returned Deposited Items, Lockbox, etc.

7 6 STOPS AND INQUIRIES This service allows users to search accounts for specific items, place stop payments, view images of checks and deposits, and monitor stop payments placed through itreasury. Depending on the services subscribes to and level of user access, the submenu for Stops and Inquiries may include: All Activity (default) o Paid checks (images available) o Deposit tickets (images available) o Deposited items (images available) o Stop payments Stop Payments o Single stop o Range stop o Multi entry stop Monitor (stop payments) POSITIVE PAY This service option allows maintenance to be performed for Positive Pay items. Depending on the services subscribed to and level of user access, the submenu for Positive Pay may include: Exceptions (default) View and make decisions on daily exceptions Issue Maintenance Add Issues / Voids Import o Run Import o View Import Report Monitor o Exceptions o Issues

8 7 ONLINE STATEMENT This service provides monthly statements beginning when setup is completed. A maximum of 3 years of history is available to view. ACH PAYMENTS The ACH Payments function is used to create and maintain databases for ongoing ACH transactions. Batches can be imported, exported, created and released. Depending on the services to which the company subscribes and level of user access, the submenu for ACH Payments may include: ACH Database List (default) Create database for specific applications to hold receiver details ACH Batch List Release batches to submit transactions for processing ACH Validator Import NACHA formatted files

9 8 WIRE TRANSFERS The Wire Transfers service allows the creation and release of domestic and international wires. Depending on the elected services and the user permissions, the submenu for Wire Transfers may include: Transaction List (default) Release semi-repetitive and non-repetitive wires for processing Single Wire Create single transaction wires for release Batch Wire Create several wires for one time release Wire Repair Modify information on a specific queued wire Wire History View previously created wires WIRE ACTIVITY The Wire Activity option provides the ability to search wire activity using customizable search criteria, as well as search reports specifically for incoming and outgoing wires. Depending on the services elected and the user permissions, the submenu for Wire Activity may include: Wire Transaction Search (default) Wire Activity Report New Wire Activity Report

10 9 SETUP The Setup section of itreasury is used primarily by System Administrators for managing templates and user accounts. This option is also accessed by itreasury users when changing their personal itreasury password and managing alerts. Depending on the services subscribed to and level of user access, the submenu for Setup may include: User Preferences Edit and manage user settings o Change My Password o Dashboard Preferences o Change My Security Question o Configure My Contact Points o Manage My Alerts o Add an Alert Audit Create reports for users or system-wide activity within the company. o Audit Activities for Stop Payments, Positive Pay, Balance Inquiry, and Funds Transfer Services o Audit Activities for ACH, Wire and Reporting Formats & Templates Create and save reusable formats for importing Positive Pay and ACH transactions as well as templates for wire transactions. o Create Positive Pay Issue Import Formats o Create Wire Entry Templates o Create ACH Import Formats Advanced Administration View and edit key settings. o Manage users o View holidays on which services do not process o View ACH Company Settings o Modify Account Names

11 10 LOCKBOX APPLICATION AND QUICK DEPOSIT Links may be available for subscribers to Lockbox and /or Quick Deposit services, which allow access to the login screens for both applications. Clicking one of these links will open a new browser window, where the selected application login screen will be displayed. Logging in is required for every Web-based system accessed, and may not be the same information used to log in to itreasury. LOGOFF Users should always exit out of itreasury at the end of the session by selecting Logoff. Logging off helps to ensure that company information remains safe and protected from unauthorized transactions. It is also important to note that itreasury will automatically log users out of the system after a 10-minute period of inactivity. The automatic logoff has been implemented to prevent non-authorized users from accessing confidential company information should the workstation be left unattended for an extended period of time.
