We combine unique product manufacturing capabilities pipe and bend, plug box, bonnets / removable covers and slab headers plate fin and spiral wrapped fin tube heat exchangers with industry standards ASME, PED, CRN, CWB, Australian, Brazilian NR-13, GOST, API-661, and ISO 9001: 2008 Oil flushing capabilities up to 750 gallons per minute with ISO VG 32 mineral oil, meeting the intent of API-614 and engineering knowledge and practice A multimillion-dollar testing facility that allows for innovative product development and theoretical heat transfer validation to provide world class solutions for our customers. 3

8 Unit Configurations FORCED DRAFT The most common unit configuration, forced draft configurations allow for easy access to all of the mechanical components supporting maintenance operations and simplified plant expansions. INDUCED DRAFT This unit configuration is used to minimize the effects of the environment and helps minimize the chances of hot air recirculation. PUSH-PULL The push-pull design provides 100% fan redundancy without adding extra heat transfer surface area. This feature provides an initial lower cost to the traditional 2 x 100% specification. This design can be used in any service but it is more commonly used in lube oil and water service. It is a great option when addressing the API-614 redundancy requirement. 8

9 J-UNITS This unit configuration is common in the compression industry and mounts up against compressor houses. The tube bundles are vertically mounted, air is drawn across them and then turns 90 degrees discharging upwards. The design allows for either an engine drive application or an electric motor drive application. V-CORE The V-Core configuration enables maximum cooling in a small space because of its greater primary surface area. This design works well for commercial units that are Water/Glycol/Fluid Coolers or Refrigerant Condensers although it is not limited to these products. VERTICAL CORE Vertical core coolers are very compact and a cost effective solution to meet your cooling needs. This configuration has great flexibility to meet space constraints such as fitting in the end or on the side of a containerized skid while allowing the process piping to run directly back to the equipment needing cooling. 9

RENEWABLE ENERGY Copper Tubes with Aluminum Corrugated Plate Fins Pipe & Bend Forced Draft Air Coolers Three air coolers installed in New York City on a COGEN loop. The units were designed to meet the noise requirement of 75dBa at three feet. OIL & GAS / OFFSHORE Stainless Steel Tubes with Extruded Aluminum Fins Copon Coated Stainless Steel Plug Box Built to Australian & ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 Code Forced Draft Water Cooler 10 These large stainless steel water/glycol coolers were designed to cool process equipment on the Gorgon Project. They were located on both the mainland and off the northwest coast of Australia.

11 POWER GENERATION Carbon Steel Tubes with Aluminum Corrugated Plate Fins Pipe & Bend Built to CRN & ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 Code Forced Draft with Hot Air Recirculation Louvers Used to Control the Process Temperatures Water/Glycol Cooler This water/glycol cooler located in Alberta, Canada, minimizes the consumption of water from the cooling tower during lower ambient days. GAS COMPRESSION Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel Tubes with Flat or Corrugated Fins Pipe & Bend Built to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 Code Forced Draft CNG Cooler Compressed natural gas (CNG) cooler used to remove the heat of compression at a natural gas filling station. All four stages utilize a pipe header construction that is ASME Section VIII Div. 1 certified with an upper level pressure rating of 5150 PSIG. LANDFILL GAS Stainless Steel Finned Tubes Aluminum L-Foot Fins Plug Box Forced Draft Methane Gas Cooler Methane gas cooler used to cool high volume, low pressure gas, from a landfill blower located in Wisconsin. The plug box design allows for easy tube cleaning as landfills have a heaving fouling rate. 11

This design augments cooling during peak loads when the primary equipment can no longer provide all of the required cooling. OIL & GAS Carbon Steel Tube with Aluminum Plate Fin Pipe & Bend Vertical Core Forced Draft This compact engine driven air cooler was designed to fit into the end of a standard container. The cooler has six services which include the jacket water and charge air cooler used to cool the engine and four gas coolers used to cool the nitrogen on the nitrogen compressor. MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS Compressed Gas Cooler Carbon Steel Embedded Tube Plug Box Built to ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 Code with 100% X-Ray Inspection Vertical Core Forced Draft with Opposing Action Louvers and Pneumatic Actuator for Temperature Control Steam Condenser This steam condenser was designed around the requirements of API 661 and condensed super heated steam at 450 PSIG. 13

The unit was supplied in 5 working days from the time the purchase order was received. POWER GENERATION Stainless Steel Tube with L-Foot Aluminum Fins Stainless Steel Plug Box Built to ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 Code Horizontal Core Forced Draft with Bug Screen Around the Perimeter of the Intake Landfill Gas Cooler POWER GENERATION This precooler was designed to cool high volume, low pressure gas supplied by the blower located at a landfill in Wisconsin. Copper Tube with Aluminum Corrugated Fins Copper Pipe & Bend Induced Draft Water/Glycol Cooler 14 This water/glycol cooler supports the vacuum pumps purging an A frame steam condenser. The unit includes a pump stand and an atmospheric surge tank.

Carbon Steel Tube with L-Foot Aluminum Fins Carbon Steel Plug Box Built to API-661 & ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 Code Push/Pull Lube Oil Cooler Used to cool the compressor package in a LNG facility. This cooler was designed to meet API-661 and meets requirements of API-614 for internal cleanliness. It has 100% fan redundancy without 100% surface redundancy. 15

16 Certifications / Inspection / Testing ASME U AND UM STAMP Coils constructed in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code for the Unfired Pressure Vessels under Section VIII Division 1 of the code. CE - EUROPEAN MARK Super Radiator Coils is capable of supplying coils with a CE Mark in compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive, Category I, II, III and IV. CRN CANADIAN REGISTRATION NUMBER Super Radiator Coils can provide coils that are certified in accordance with the Canadian Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code (B51-97) API 661 / API 614 API STANDARD 661 Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers for General Refinery Service Custom Air Coolers can provide compliance with this International Standard, which provides requirements and recommendations for the design, materials, fabrication, inspection, testing and preparation for shipment of air-cooled heat exchangers for use in the petroleum and natural gas industries. API STANDARD 614 API Standard 614 Flushing Capability Lubrication, shaft-sealing, control-oil systems and auxiliaries for petroleum, and chemical and gas industry services. Custom Air Coolers can provide in-house oil flushing meeting the intent of paragraph of API Standard 614. NDE NON-DESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION Magnetic Particle Inspection (MT) - Effective at checking for flaws located at or near the surface. - Uses a metallic power or liquid along with strong magnetic field probes to locate flaws. Liquid(Dye) Penetrant Inspection (PT) - Uses colored or fluorescent dye to check for surface flaws. - Will not show sub-surface flaws. CANADIAN WELDING BUREAU CWB is a structural steel welding certification for the country of Canada. Currently certified under standard W47.1 Division: 3. Ultrasonic Testing (UT) - Determines the size and location of discontinuities within a component using high frequency sound waves. X-ray Inspection (RT) - Reveals deep flaws within a component - Creates a permanent record of a weld used for quality inspection purposes. 16

17 Test Test Lab Lab Our new, state-of-the-art, on-site Test Lab equips our design engineers with a cutting edge. This new capability provides our customers with even greater confidence in the products we build for them. Not only can the lab handle a wide range of airflows and conditions, it has multiple fluid loops to test a variety of refrigerants and applications. Capabilities include: Airflow from 100 8,500 cubic feet per minute ( m3/s Air temperature from F (-5 C 60 C) Humidity from 20%-95% Entering Water temperatures up to 180 F (82 C) Entering Glycol temperatures range from 20 F to 200 F (-6 C 93 C) Separate fluid testing loops for: Water, Glycol, Oil, Steam, Refrigerants, and Other Fluids 17
