4 TECHNOLOGY WORKSHOP SPONSORSHIP 1,50,000 INR + ST (US$2400*) Sponsor will be provided with a conference room at the conference venue. Facilities and services include: Availability of audiovisual equipment Printed session proceedings Workshop program will be mailed to a wide database Special listing as Workshop Partner in the catalogue Workshops provide an ideal forum to disseminate information to market products/services to a focused audience. This is a great way to reach out to a very specific group of attendees in a dedicated workshop. WELCOME RECEPTION 6,50,000 INR + ST (US$10500*) All conference participants are invited to the Cocktail Event (date TBD) Sponsors' logo will appear on the Welcome Reception special invitations. Sponsors' logo will appear in the event hall signposting. Kenes Exhibitions is responsible for the organization of the party event, and for providing all relevant information to the company prior to the event. Event Description Date: TBD Location: TBD Hours: 18:00-21:00 for an audience of approximately 500 participants First-class catering Performance during party For the above opening ceremony, the following applies: The time slot of the opening ceremony is subject to change. The company sponsoring the opening ceremony will be acknowledged as a Gold Sponsor, with all rights as per the gold sponsorship package.

5 CONGRESS BAGS (1) 7, 00,000 INR + ST (US$11500*) 500 (Five hundred) Conference bags will bear the sponsors' logo and the conference logo Conference bags will be handed out to all conference participants and will contain material of the selected event sponsors. Four (4) Conference registrations This sponsorship does not grant automatic sponsorship rights other than the sponsorship of the congress bags. If a company would like to become a gold or silver sponsor as well, an extra sponsorship fee will be charged. LUNCH BREAK (3) 8,50,000 INR + ST ( US$13500* ) Lunch will be served on each day of the conference sessions. Sponsors will be given the opportunity to sponsor a lunch (1 company per day). The sponsors will be given the opportunity to provide branded napkins The sponsoring Companies will be acknowledged as the sponsor of the chosen lunch and will be indicated on the conference program alongside the lunch break as "Sponsored by" Lunch break will be branded with the sponsoring company's logo Six (6) Conference registrations

6 COFFEE BREAK (3) 1,55,000 INR per break + ST (US$2500*) Coffee will be served during breaks on each day of the conference sessions. Sponsors will be given the opportunity to sponsor a coffee breaks (1 company per day). The sponsors will be given the opportunity to provide branded napkins The sponsoring Companies will be acknowledged as the sponsor of the chosen coffee break and will be indicated on the conference program alongside the coffee break as "Sponsored by" Coffee break will be branded with the sponsoring company's logo DINNER (3) 8,50,000 INR + ST ( US$13500* ) Sponsors will be given the opportunity to sponsor a dinner (1 company per day). Dinner is not included in the Registration Fee, but can be organized and all participants invited, or invitations sent to a selected guest list. The sponsors will be given the opportunity to provide branded napkins The sponsoring Companies will be acknowledged as the sponsor of the chosen dinner and will be indicated on the conference program alongside the dinner as "Sponsored by" Dinner will be branded with the sponsoring company's logo Six (6) Conference registrations * Foreign sponsors are exempt from V.A.T.
