Full payment incentives are also offered. Members receive a complimentary Golden Oaks Rewards Card, which earns valuable points that can be redeemed for golf and restaurant purchases. Economical family add-on options for children and grandchildren. 7 day / week packages and 5 day / week packages which include Fridays. Incentives for out-of-county (Berks Co.) primary residents. All membership categories have caps, so don t delay. 4 2017 Payment Details: For renewing members with 12/31/16 expirations: Invoices for 2017 will be issued in October % is due by January 31, 2017 with the balance due by February 28, Early Payment Incentive: Pay 50% by November 31 st and the remaining balance by December 31 st and receive 10% of your 2017 dues as a Club Credit to be applied to pro shop and restaurant purchases. For new members: Fall Fore Free incentive - Join now for 2017 and play golf the balance of 2016 for free with your payment of 50% upon joining and 50% balance paid by December 31, Members making full payment at the time of joining will also earn the Early Payment Incentive outlined above. Referring a new member: Any current member who refers a new member shall receive a Club Credit equal to 10% of the new member s dues, which may also be shared with the new member if desired. Referring members must complete a referral form and deliver it to Derrick Sandritter to properly register their referral to receive credit. Out of county incentive: Members whose primary legal residence is located outside of Berks County shall receive 10% of their applicable dues in the form of Club Credit.

5 Golf Cart Policies: Golf carts are priced at $22 per person for 18 holes and $11 for 9 holes. Carts are required on weekends and holidays until 12 noon. Some membership categories include unlimited carts, as detailed herein. Pre-paid cart packages are available in 20 and 40 round quantities, with 10% and 15% discounts, respectively. Dependent Children and Grandchildren: Members may add dependent children or grandchildren as listed herein. Dependent children are defined as those up to the age of 22, living at home, away at school or serving in the military. Children without a valid driver s license are not permitted to drive a golf cart. Children not accompanied by an adult member may only play after 2 PM. The add-on pricing for dependent children includes all children of the parent-member or up to two (2) grandchildren of the grandparent-member, as designated at the time of joining and is not transferrable. Other Terms: All dues and carts are subject to applicable state and local taxes Membership dues are not pro-rated by month. Member charging privileges require a valid credit card on file. Members are subject to the Golden Oaks Rules and Regulations governing conduct of a member and adherence to club policies. Club Credits may be used for pro shop merchandise purchases, guest fees, cart fees, tournament entry fees, farmhouse lodging fees and food and beverage purchases. Unspent Club Credits expire at the end of the membership term and cannot be exchanged for cash.

In the Event of Cancellation, the affected member shall receive a pro-rated refund of membership dues, which shall be his/her sole remedy. The membership of any person under this membership agreement shall not be construed to grant such member any equity or legal ownership in Golden Oaks Golf Club. Membership Programs may be ammended or eliminated from year to year at the sole discretion of the management.
