4 CMR Course Tuesday 19 April 2016 Information The course will cover 50 cases in one day and is ideal for the Level 1 Core Curriculum. The course can not provide exhaustive training and assumes some core knowledge. The aim is to provide access to 50 cases plus 25 spot cases to augment your portfolio. Date/Venue The meeting will take place on Tuesday 19 April 2016, at The Peter Chalk Centre. Registration The CMR course is open to BSCMR Members only. If you are not a member but wish to attend the course, you can apply for membership at the same time as registering. If you also wish to attend this meeting, a registration form is available on the BSMCR website (under BSCMR Meetings/11th BSCMR meeting 2016). 5 CMR Course Tuesday 19 April 2016 Information (continued) Cancellation Cancellation of your registration is without charge before 5 April Thereafter we regret that we are unable to refund any registration fees, though name changes are possible. Please note cancellation of accommodation (see below) is not included in these terms and must be as agreed with Event Exeter on booking. Accreditation CPD accreditation has been applied for. Certificates will be handed out at the end of the meeting. Accommodation BSCMR allocation at discounted rate available until 22 February 2016 Accommodation is available via Event Exeter at very reasonable rates and conveniently on campus in Holland Hall (en-suite rooms) only a few minutes walk from the meeting venue (number 62 on the downloadable map mentioned above under Date/Venue ). Travel Access to Exeter/the Campus is as follows: Train: Exeter St David s (main line station) is only 5 minutes away by bus/taxi or a 10-minute walk from Streatham Campus. The average journey time from London Paddington to Exeter is 2 hours 30 minutes. Direct flights: These operate into Exeter from several airports in the UK including Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Guernsey, Jersey, Leeds/Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich and St Mary s. International flights also operate from Paris, Dublin, Amsterdam, Geneva. Car: The M4/M5 links Exeter directly to London, the Midlands, South Wales and the North including Scotland. The average journey time from either London or the Midlands is 3 hours. Parking is free of charge if you stay in Holland Hall.
