2 Cushion Cream Q10 SPF 13 in vitro (EU)1 Formula #: A Texture Description Innovative sun care mousse with bouncy texture. For daily use, it creates soft and velvet skin with sun protection. Key Formulation Innovation This aerosol free mousse texture applies very fresh and leaves a matte feel on the skin. This bouncy cream is achieved by combining FlexiThix polymer with sodium polyacrylate and titanium dioxide.

In the main vessel homogenize and heat Phase A at 75 C. 2. In a side beaker heat Phase B at 75 C. 3. At 75 C, incorporate Phase B into Phase A slowly and homogenize. 4. Cool down. 5. At 55 C, add Phase C into Phase AB and mix until uniform. 6. At RT, premix Phase D in a side beaker: sprinkle in FlexiThix polymer in water and homogenize until smooth. 7. At 40 C, add Phase D and mix until homogeneous. 8. At 40 C, add Phase E (premix until smooth at RT) and mix until uniform. 9. At 30 C, add Phase F and mix well. 10. At 30 C, add Phase G and mix well. 11. Stop at 25 C. Typical Properties Appearance: Light orange, bouncy cream ph: Viscosity (D0): 70, ,000 cps (Brookfield RVT/Spindle D/5 RPM/1 minute/25 C) This formula has passed 3-month accelerated lab stabilities and a 28-day challenge efficacy test. However, the preservative system has not been optimized to its lowest effective level.
