2 3. Fill in the required data in the Security Logon Page. 4. You will landed to Internet Banking landing page.

3 5. Click Make a transfer in your left hand side and fill in every details required for your transaction in the Instruction Details Page.

4 6. Transfer confirmation page will appear with GetRate button if the transaction is eligible to use GetRate service.*

5 7. Once you clicked the Confirm and Get Rate button, real time forex rate will appear, and you have 10 seconds to accept the offered rate. You will also need to fill in your security token number (except for inter account transaction). 8. If you accept the offered real time rate within 10 seconds, your transaction will be processed with the accepted rate, and the acknowledgement page will be shown with your transaction details.

6 OR you can click Cancel if you don't want to accept the rate and go back to Instruction Details Page. 9. Once your 10 seconds lapses, you can get a new real time rate by clicking the Refresh button** 10. If you accept the offered real time rate within 10 seconds, your transaction will be processed with the accepted rate, and the acknowledgement page will be shown with your transaction details.

7 11. If you keep clicking the Refresh button when there is no more refresh attempts left: a. A transaction overview page will automatically be shown for FINAL confirmation using Board Rate. o If you accept the offered BOARD RATE, your transaction will be processed with the accepted rate, and the acknowledgement page will be shown with your transaction details. o OR you can start over the transaction from the beginning by clicking Cancel. b. OR you can start over the transaction from the beginning by clicking Cancel.

8 * How to be eligible? 1. FX transaction which involves IDR currency. 2. Transaction amount from USD 100 USD 50,000 or equivalent. 3. Transaction period: every business day 8 AM 3 PM. ** Please refer to the notification box to check how many refresh attempts you have left. *****

9 Un BLOCK your POP UPS 1. Untuk memastikan Business Internet Banking bekerja dengan baik, pastikan Anda telah mematikan fungsi Pop up Blocker dari internet browser Anda. To ensure that Business Internet Banking works properly, please turn off the pop up blocker in your Internet Browser. 2. Berikut adalah langkah langkah yang dapat Anda lakukan untuk mengatur Pop up Blocker Anda untuk masing masing browser. Below were the steps to maintain your pop up blocker for each different browsers. a. Internet Explorer Ikuti langkah di bawah ini untuk mematikan atau menyalakan Pop up Blocker Anda: Follow below steps to turn Pop up blocker on or off: 1. Buka Internet Explorer Anda, lalu klik Internet Options pada menu Tools untuk membuka dialog box Internet Properties. Open Internet Explorer, and then click Internet Options on the Tools menu to open the Internet Proporties dialog box. 2. Klik tab Privacy, lalu: Click the Privacy tab, and: Klik Pop up Blocker settings lalu tambahkan dan di exception list. Click Pop up Blocker Setting and add and to the exception list. OR Hapus tanda centang pada Block Pop Ups untuk menon aktifkan Pop up Blocker. Uncheck Block Pop ups to turn Pop up Blocker off. b. Mozilla Firefox Klik menu Tools pada bagian atas window Firefox Anda, kemudian pilih Options. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu and select Options. Lalu pilih menu Content Panel. Select the Content Panel.

10 Klik Exceptions : Ini adalah daftar halaman yang Anda ijinkan untuk menampilkan pop ups. Select Exceptions : This is a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop ups. Pada kotak dialog: In the dialog box: o Allow : klik ini untuk menambahkan dan ke dalam exception list. Allow : click this to add and to the exceptions list. OR o Uncheck Block Pop ups windows untuk menon aktifkan blocker. Uncheck Block pop ups window to turn off the blocker.

11 c. Google Chrome Klik ikon pada browser toolbar Anda. Pengguna Mac: apabila Anda tidak menemukan ikon di atas, klik Chrome pada menu bar di bagian atas window Anda. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar. Mac users: if you don t see the wrench icon, go to the menu bar at the top of your screen and click Chrome. Pilih Options (atau Preferences pada Mac). Select Options (or Preferences on a Mac). Klik tab Under the Hood. Click the Under the Hood tab. Klik Content Settings pada bagian Privacy. Click Content Settings in the Privacy section. Klik tab Pop ups pada dialog box Content Settings yang muncul. Click the Pop ups tab in the Content Setting dialog box that appears. Pilih Allow all sites to show pop ups. Personalisasikan pengaturan untuk halaman tertentu dengan meng klik Exceptions. Select Allow all sites to show pop ups. Customize permissions for specific websites by clicking Exceptions. Klik Close setelah Anda selesai, apabila Anda menggunakan Windows atau Linux. Click Close when you are done, if you are using Windows or Linux. d. Safari Cara mengaktifkan atau mematikan pop up blocker pada Safari atau Mac: How to enable or disable the pop up blocker in Safari for Mac: Klik Safari > Preferences. Click Safari > Preferences. Klik Security pada bagian atas window Anda. Click on Security at the top of the window. Centang kotak Block pop up windows untuk mengaktifkan pop up. Hapus tanda centang untuk mematikan fungsi pop up. Check the box Block Pop up windows to enable this feature. Uncheck to disable it. e. Opera Sejak pemasangan awal Opera akan memblokir halaman dari pop up windows tanpa meminta persetujuan Anda. Untuk memodifikasi settings ini, klik Tools > Preferences > General > Pop ups. By default, Opera will block pages from opening pop up windows without your approval. To modify this setting, go to Tools > Preferences > General > Pop ups. *****
