In these times of crisis, great concern on welfare state, environmental and economic sustainability, unemployment, demographic realities and people's mobility, the ACORDE project emerges as an exercise of rationality for society's future. Arises from an Innovation Project on housing, in pursuing adaptability and flexibility of spaces, following the rationality of the constructed areas. This patented project has been developed for the purpose of build the spaces to suit the user needs and not vice versa. Therefore, ACORDE has own know-how that provides benefits in both the urban and architectural, to pursue a high efficiency on spatial and energy of the architecture. The Group has built over 16,000 dwellings and developed more than 1,500 homes, and the technical team who runs the company has extensive experience in building and urban development with environmental and energy awareness to guarantee quality, and a strong concern about the innovation.
