Presidential Regulation No. 38 Year 2015 regarding Government Cooperation with Business Entity in the Provision of Infrastructure; 2. Presidential Regulation No 82 Year 2007 regarding National Development Planning Agency; 3. Presidential Regulation No 7 Year 2015 regarding Organization of State Ministry 4. Ministerial Regulation of National Development Planning / Head of National Development Planning Agency Number PER.

3 /M.PPN/10/2007 regarding the Organization and Administration of the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency, as amended several times, most recently by Ministerial Regulation of National Development Planning / Head of National Development Planning Agency Number 3 Year Ministerial Regulation of National Development Planning / Head of National Development Planning Agency Number 6 Year 2012 regarding Procedures for the Preparation of the list of Infrastructure Project Plan. HAS DECIDED TO : Enact : MINISTERIAL DECREE OF NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING/HEAD OF NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AGENCY REGARDING DETERMINATION OF LIST OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT PLAN YEAR 2015 FIRST : Enacted the list of Infrastructure Project Plan Year 2015 as listed in the Appendix to this Ministerial Decree which is an integral and inseparable part of this Ministerial Decree SECOND : Ministerial Decree comes into force from the date of promulgation.
