2 Welcome to Captiva Cruises Since 1986 Captiva Cruises has been offering first class service for Private Charters & Group Outings departing from charming Captiva Island. Our spacious, well-appointed vessels are ideal for corporate functions, weddings, private parties, family reunions, group tours & more. We will customize any cruise according to our client needs. There are two overall types of functions to consider: On Board Function Our vessels vary in style and size and can accommodate a wide variety of functions including cocktail parties, formal dinners, meetings, casual buffets and sightseeing trips, just to name a few. An on-board function is a private charter where guests remain on the boat for the entire chartered time albeit for a wedding ceremony, dinner or cocktail hors d-oeuvres party. Island Destinations Another popular option is to host a reception to one of the neighboring islands, such as Cabbage Key or Useppa Island. These islands are only accessible by boat or seaplane and provide an exotic setting for any function. Whether it s an island luau, dockside clambake, or formal dinner, it s sure to be a memorable event. Of course getting there is half the fun! En route to the island, your guests can enjoy continental breakfast and our famous Bloody Mary s, cocktails, hors d oeuvres or live entertainment not to mention the beautiful surroundings of Pine Island Sound.

5 Sailing Catamaran Adventure The Adventure is the perfect vessel for a private shelling & beach cruise, dolphin watch, casual sunset cocktail party or sailing along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beaches. The Adventure features a sun deck, netted seating in the bow, padded bench seating around the cockpit and a restroom. 6 Entertainment The finishing touch to any cruise is music. A steel drum and acoustic guitar can give your special event just the tropical flair it needed. Or perhaps you have a favorite local musician or band? Whatever your tastes, between your resort contact and the company listed below, you are sure to find just the right entertainment. All vessels are equipped with CD player if you would rather bring your own favorite CD s or medley. Options to consider are: Island Musicians 3 Piece Band - or - 5 Piece Band Steel Drum Band Jazz Band DJs Entertainment Contacts: Danny Morgan Musical Services: (239) Though we strongly recommend Danny Morgan Musical Services, depending on the departure point, you may hire your own outside entertainment. Musicians not hired through Danny Morgan Musical Services must bring all their own equipment and may not plug into any PA system on the boat.

7 Billing & Miscellaneous A contract will be issued and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. This is payable by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. The balance is due 10 days prior to departure date. Cruises will depart rain or shine. Cruise will only be cancelled when the Captain of the vessel deems conditions unsafe. 8 SCHEDULED CRUISES Captiva Cruises offers regularly scheduled cruises available to individuals & groups. Advanced reservations are required on all cruises. Depending on the cruise & passenger count, a deposit and/or minimum passenger guarantee may be required. All cruises must be paid in full prior to departure. SHELLING CRUISE: Trips depart from McCarthy s Marina on Andy Rosse Lane in Captiva. Bring all your supplies (i.e. food, drink, shell nets, etc.) as we take you to unspoiled State Park barrier island beaches in search of that perfect shell. ½ Day Trips are available year round and the full day trip is available seasonally. ½ Day: 9:00AM to 12:00PM & 1:00PM to 4:00PM / $35 Adults & $20 Children All Day: 10:00AM to 4:00PM / $45 Adults & $35 Children ISLAND CRUISE TO CABBAGE KEY OR USEPPA: Trips depart from South Seas Island Resort in Captiva. Guests off resort property are asked to arrive at McCarthy s Marina on Andy Rosse Lane on Captiva by 9:15 AM. Passengers choose one of two unique island destinations. Lunch at the restaurant on the island is additional cost. Cabbage Key ( is a true island hideaway. The waterfront inn and restaurant, built in the 1930 s, maintains a casual Old Florida feel. It is said to be the inspiration for Jimmy Buffet s song Cheeseburger in Paradise. The island features a gift shop, lookout water tower and self-guided nature trail. Useppa Island ( is picturesque with its lovely white cottages, pink pathways and lush vegetation. Once the sport fishing mecca for the rich and famous, the Tarpon Bar or Collier Inn are gracious settings for a bayside luncheon. Useppa also features an award winning history museum. 10:00AM to 3:00PM / $35 Adults & $20 Children (12 & under) BOCA GRANDE CRUISE: Trips depart seasonally from McCarthy s Marina on Captiva. Boca Grande is a charming seaside village with picturesque homes, banyan-covered streets, quaint shops and unique restaurants. The historic town center is within walking distance of the dock. Guests may also rent golf carts to explore beyond downtown and the Boca Grande Lighthouse. 10:00AM to 4:00PM / $45 Adults & $35 Children DOLPHIN & WILDLIFE ADVENTURE CRUISE: Trips depart from McCarthy s Marina on Captiva. On this cruise, narrated by a naturalist from the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation, guests cruise Pine Island Sound in search of dolphins, birds and other wildlife that call SWFL home. This is an exhilarating cruise the whole family will enjoy. 4:00PM - 5:30PM / $25 Adults & $15 Children (12 & under) SUNSET SERENADE CRUISE WITH LOCAL MUSICIANS: Trips depart from South Seas Island Resort in Captiva. Guests off resort property are asked to arrive at McCarthy s Marina 45 minutes prior to departure time which varies depending on the time of year. Enjoy the island music of Danny Morgan or other local musicians and a cold beverage from the full service cash bar as you watch the magnificent Gulf of Mexico Sunset.
