3 INDIAN WOMEN SCIENTIESTS ASSOCIATION Mrs. Indirabai Padhye Nursery School RULES AND RELUGATION 1. Admission: Children between the age of minimum 2 years 6 months and maximum 4 years 6 months will be admitted. 2. The Nursery School will function from 9.30 A.M. to A. M. on all working days. It will remain closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. The child will not be allowed to be taken home before the school gets over. Parents should strictly follow the timings. 3. Health and Hygiene: i) The child will not be allowed to come to school if the child is suffering from any chronic or prolonged / illness contagious. ii) In case of post-care treatment, the parent should inform the school accordingly and leave instructions for administering the specific medicines in writing. iii) All parents are requested to send at least one extra set of clothes and a polythene bag to keep the soiled ones. iv) The child should be clean and neatly dressed when brought to school. v) The child should carry his/her snack pack, water-bottle and napkin & identity card which will be given by IWSA. vi) Two identity card size photograph of the child along with application form, one pasted on the application form & other, with name written behind. Parents are requested to mention any special trait / habit in the child for the mutual on understanding between the teacher and the child. 4. GENERAL: i) During school hours, in case of emergency, the parents of the child concerned will be called to attend to the child. The parents must inform the office in writing about any change of address or contact telephone number. ii) Parents who wish to discontinue their child from the school should inform in writing at least one month before the new term begins. The committee reserves the rights of admission on sanction to discontinue and refund of fees. iii) While all due care will be taken for the children admitted to the Nursery School, the authority does not take any responsibility for any sudden illness or accident that may occur in the school premises. iv) Parents are requested not to send the child with any valuables.

4 v) Person who will be dropping and collecting the child from the Nursery School every day (name, relationship), should be written clearly in admission form. vi) Special trait / habit should be also told while to taking admission. vii) Please attach your Child s immunization record till date, along with admission form, birth certificate and identity card size 2 photos. viii) Parent s expertise if any: Music, Drawing, Art, Craft, Sports musical instruments etc. should be written in admission form. ix) Parent s meetings should be attended by at least one adult member of the family.
