2 School Admissions Form Guidance Thank you for considering King Solomon International Business School for your child. This admissions form must be completed by all applicants for King Solomon International Business School for September It should be noted that the discovery of fraudulent information given in the application or questionnaire would result in immediate withdrawal of your application from the Admissions process. It may also result in the removal of your child from the school, in accordance with the School Admission Code. The Supporting Evidence Form must be completed by Christian Faith applicants to enable the Trust to assess commitment to the Christian faith. Up to 50% of places will be offered to children who attend a church and up to 50% of places for children who don t attend a church regularly, those from other faiths and those of no faith Admissions data may be shared with the Local Authority and the Department for Education to help co-ordinate school places. However, data will not be shared with any other parties and King Solomon International Business School will not share details of your religious beliefs with any other body. The completed form should be sent by recorded delivery (one that guarantees delivery and records the name and address of the sender, date posted and delivery address) by the closing date of Friday 14th November 2014 at 12pm for Secondary Admissions Forms and Friday 30th January 2015 at 12pm for Primary Admissions Form.
