2 The oil cooling is of primary importance for all hydraulic equipments. The wide range of the family ENEA cooling systems designed and built by FIMO can satisfy all the needs of industry. The oil/water and air/oil heat exchangers are designed for large mills gearboxes and slip pumps. They can be easily installed ensuring adequate oil cooling with zero maintenance costs. ENEAplus is the most widely used heat exchanger in the ceramics industry for cooling the presses oil. Until the oil reaches 28 C the radiator is bypassed and the oil goes in recirculation to the machinery. (2) Over 28 C the oil goes into the radiator. The pump is still set at low speed and the electric fans are turned off. (3) when the oil reaches the temperature of 38 C the electric fans automatically start. (4) Upon reaching 41 C the pump set itself at high speed to get the configuration of maximum performance and ensure the perfect cooling even in difficult environmental conditions.
