9 Suggested simplification: 1. The office of exit out of the EU could be established via an ECS point in Antwerp 2. Proof of export/exit can be centralised via the customs office responsible for the area where the train is leaving. 3. Track-and Trace technology could be used to deliver proof of export/exit to the customs authorities. 4. Export manifest is sent electronically to the Polish Customs Requirement: Belgian Customs to make agreements with the Polish Customs regarding such procedures for outgoing goods.
