Deposit and Cancellation Policy A deposit equal to one night stay including tax is required to confirm your hotel reservation. The credit card must be valid through December 2015 and will be charged by the hotel approximately two weeks before the annual meeting. If the credit card is declined, the reservation may be canceled by the hotel. Reservations may be canceled without charge up to 72 hours prior to guest s scheduled arrival date. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposit equal to one night s room and tax. Early departures will result in the loss of one night s room and tax. Attendees can also send a check or money order for the hotel deposit. Reservation Changes Prior to November 6 Make changes online at RSNA.org/Register or contact rsna@experient-inc.com for hotel changes. Name changes and/or swapping of room reservations is not allowed. November 9-17 Reservations and deposits will be transferred from Experient to the hotels and therefore cannot be altered during this period. Cancellations and Early Departures Written requests for room cancellations must reach rsna@experient-inc.com by November After November 17 Contact the hotel directly for date changes and room cancellations. Room availability and rates are at the hotel s discretion. Reservations may be canceled without charge up to 72 hours prior to guest s scheduled arrival date. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposit equal to one night s room and tax. Early departures will result in the loss of one night s room and tax. Failure to check in at the hotel on your scheduled arrival day will result in forfeiture of your reservation and hotel deposit. The hotel will accommodate you on a space-available basis. When canceling your room reservation directly with the hotel, document the date and time of your call, name of the person with whom you spoke, and obtain a cancellation number. Special Notes The hotel information provided on the following page is based on single occupancy. Type of bed (king, two doubles) may be requested but cannot be confirmed until check-in. Suites are available upon request. Contact Experient at or for triple and quad rate information. If you plan to arrive after 6 pm, contact the hotel for a late check-in. Attendees may not request housing through technical exhibitors. Rates do not include a 16.4% hotel tax (subject to change). A service fee has been included in your room rate to defray the cost of registration and to provide complimentary shuttle service to and from McCormick Place. Hostelling International The Hostel offers lodging in dormitorystyle rooms with separate accommodations for men and women. Rooms range in size from 6 12 beds. Bathrooms and shower facilities are plentiful, with many available in the dorm rooms as well as down the hall. Individual lockers are provided in each room, and luggage storage is also available. Please bring your own lock for the lockers or purchase a lock at the front desk. Private Bedroom Private bedrooms have a single bed lofted over a full bed, shared suite bathroom, lounge and kitchenette area (maximum 2 people per bedroom), sheets and towels included. Freehand Hostel A hostel setting with shared quad rooms with four twin-size bunk beds and a private, en suite bathroom. Each bunk is draped for privacy and includes individual outlets and reading lights. Please bring your own lock for the lockers.

We have been made aware that several guests have been contacted by unofficial housing companies offering hotel rooms for RSNA While it is possible that other companies may have secured blocks of rooms at various hotels, they are not the official housing providers.
