Opportunity to place a freestanding banner at the Poster Session ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES WRITING PAD SPONSOR (exclusive) $300 (+GST) (Requires supply of approximately 120 branded A5 writing pads. No additional cost) All delegates attending the Conference will receive official writing materials USB STICK SPONSOR (exclusive) $300 (+GST) (Requires supply of approximately 120 branded USB sticks. Minimum 4GB.) Conference proceedings will be available on a USB stick. The USB stick will be an essential reference tool for all delegates containing speaker abstracts and will provide delegates with an efficient and convenient method of retrieving important Conference information.

8 Company log printed on the USB Stick packaging alongside the Conference logo PEN SPONSOR (exclusive) $300 (+GST) (Requires supply of approximately 120 branded blue or black ink pens. No additional cost) All delegates attending the conference will receive official writing materials. SATCHEL SPONSOR (exclusive) $300 (+GST) (Requires supply of approximately 120 branded satchels.) All delegates attending the conference will receive official Conference Satchels. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The conference convenor will take all care to fulfil the listed Sponsorship commitments. Sponsors are responsible for providing all their requirements i.e. banners, promotional material and all other material. Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials whilst at the Conference. Your Sponsorship selection will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. The Organiser reserves the right to decline an application and alter the program if required. Attendance The organisers make no warranty as to the number of delegates that may attend the conference. Unavoidable Occurences In the event that the Conference is cancelled or delayed through no fault of the Organiser or the venue, including but not limited to fire, flood, labour disputes, natural disasters, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slowdowns or disputes, or other similar events then the sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund or claim for any loss or damage.

9 Corporate Recognition Inclusion of corporate logos or recognition in printed material is subject to meeting publication deadlines. Other Notes All prices are exclusive of GST.
