2 COLD LINE COUNTERS Cold Line counters are made for storage of chilled food and beverage. Visible surfaces are from stainless steel and the insulation material and refrigerants are CFC and HCFC free. Both doors and drawers are equipped with lock (counters for beverage). Adjustable feet are standard equipments. The drawers are adapted for Gastro Norm sized containers and bottles. The counter has got a modular construction. No tools are required to remove refrigeration unit, drawers and runners. The doors and drawers are equipped with removable magnetic gasket. The digital thermostat and air circulation enhanced by a fan guarantee steady temperature within the entire cabinet. The cold unit is equipped with automatic defrosting and evaporation system of the defrost water. The ambient temperature must not exceed +25 C or fall below +5 C. Complete with an automatic monitoring mystem (HACCP Compatible). Remote temperature monitoring via the Porkka XWEB Internet based monitoring system is available upon request from local dealers. Cold Line marine counter comes complete with a 2m electrical connection cable.
