1 STAND BOOKING FOR THE 7TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON UNESCO GLOBAL GEOPARKS, SEPTEMBER Please note that the exhibition set up opens 13:00 to 21:00, Monday 26 September and set up must be completed by 08:00, Tuesday 27th September 2. The GeoFair will be open to delegates on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 September. Members of the local public will be invited to attend on both afternoons to experience the GeoFair between 15:00 and 17: The Geofair will end at 18:00 on Wednesday 28 September and stands must be broken down at this time before delegate depart for field trips the next day. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the Arena by 21: Please revisit your online registration to notify us of your STAND NAME as you would like it to appear, and any optional extras you would like to book. 3 GRAPHICS SPECIAL PACKAGES: The exhibition company can print professional quality graphics, either for all three sides of your stand or just the back wall. Graphics to be printed onto 3mm foamex, transported to site and erected on the stand. You the exhibitor only needs to supply the artwork!
