Access to Minor s My EChart age 13-18: Access to the information may be provided to the guarantor/guardian and/or parent at request of the minor but only after confirmation and agreement by the Primary Care Provider and SRC administration after consulting privately with the minor in question. Depending on the circumstances some information may not be viewed online due to these privacy laws. Access to dependents My EChart when patient is an adult: At ages 18, 21, and 26 any access to an individual s chart by a parent will be terminated and must be re-authorized by the patient. Typically within hours depending on the day/time of the request. The My EChart portal system is not intended as a substitute for medical care and you may be directed to call or make an appointment regarding your concern.
