1 Dancing Through The Pages REHEARSAL: APRIL 29TH 5:00PM RECITAL: MAY 6TH, 7:00PM RECITAL PICTURES APRIL 9 & 10 RECITAL TIGHTS IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS REHEARSAL & RECITAL LINEUP WHERE TO BE & WHEN DANCING THROUGH THE For the Parents & Dancers: This packet will see you through the upcoming dance events as each one occurs. Please keep it for future reference. We have outlined all the important events so you are aware of everything as we proceed to Recital. Your cooperation and help as volunteers will be most appreciated. PAGES For the first event: Costume Fitting Week, an adult MUST accompany their dancer to class; there is a significant amount of information covered during this day. You will be given all the necessary information in order to prepare your costumes for Recital and for Recital itself. Recital: Level 5 & 6 students do not need a parent to accompany them. Any questions will be answered on this day regarding Recital/Rehearsal. Accounts need to be current in order to receive your costume, so please make sure to do so prior to this week. The costume for each class group photo is marked on the Recital Picture Schedule. Please mark your calendar and plan to be there. I hope that you enjoy Recital as much as we do. The dancers have worked very hard. If everyone follows the details in the attached letter, it will make for a smooth and well-organized Recital. We welcome all your friends and family to our 2016 production-- Dancing Through The Pages. May 6th, 7:00 pm Rehearsal: April 29th, 5:00 pm Rehearsal is required for performance in Recital. Please don't have any conflicts. RECITAL 2016!1

2 Recital Pictures Saturday April 9th & Sunday April 10th Dancers are taken care of by instructors, and Photographic Images. To avoid confusion and excess noise, have your dancers 100% ready in their first costume BEFORE you arrive. After your dancer is in line, please stay off the grey dance floor, and keep the noise level down. Don't instruct your dancer during pictures. Picture Information Multiple Classes: If dancers are in multiple photos, they are allowed to change in the small studio. HOWEVER, it must be left clean. NO dancers will be changing in the restroom. Photographic Images will be doing our individual and group photographs again. You may have an individual photo taken or be photographed with a friend, however, these must be ordered. Photography will be at The Dance Factory according to the schedule below. Individual photos will be prior to their groups. Be sure to have your dancers there at the time for each group even if you don't plan on purchasing a photo. You are not obligated to buy any, but we enjoy having all of our dancers included in the pictures we place at the studio. If you are late, we will have to continue without you. If you will be absent from pictures, please notify your instructor--this will speed the photo process. Money for all orders will be collected at this time. NO orders will be processed without payment. You may order/reorder pictures at a later date, but there will be an additional fee. You may pick up your picture purchases during Rehearsal. Any pictures left will be sent back to Photographic Images for you to pick up. All the packages and a la carte items will be listed on the envelope to be sent home two weeks prior to pictures. Please fill out the envelope and bring it on Picture Day with your payment. Any dancers unable to attend pictures but still wanting an individual photo please contact Photographic Images directly.
