It begins with a discussion of seeds and their requirements for germination. Seed dormancy, the methods of breaking that dormancy and the stages of germination and sprouting are
6 Availability Vegetables explained. Frank demonstrates how to sow seeds, how to maintain the proper conditions for germination and sprouting and how to pot up seedlings. Approximately four weeks are required to grow seedlings to the potting stage for the demonstration.
