2 Cabinet Refacing Program This refacing program is divided into four different product lines: Wood Paint RTF DLV Each of these four product lines have a full line of products to complete a refacing project. Products such as custom sized cabinet doors, a full molding line, pressure sensitive adhesive veneers and custom cut / material. To complete the program this catalog offers a customized Dovetail Drawer Box section and an Accessory section.

3 Wood Program Our Wood Cabinet Refacing Program consists of a broad selection of door styles, colors and wood types. When choosing a wood specie for your refreshed kitchen, you should note that the beauty of a stained wood door comes from the natural characteristics of the wood with its variations of color and grain. Shadings of lighter and darker grain and other features contribute to the distinctive appearance that makes each piece in the kitchen unique. The grain and texture of the wood may range slightly to contribute to making genuine wood cabinet doors so attractive. 7 Paint Program Painted cabinets give you an elegant, high-end look that will be sure to impress everyone who gets the chance to view your kitchen. Our Painted Cabinet Refacing Program gives you four different door styles, four different paint colors and four different glaze colors. Our paint is actually a multiple stepped catalyzed lacquer, machine sprayed onto the cabinet door and then a clear coat finish is applied over top of the painted layers to give the paint depth. The doors are then sent through heat tunnels where they cure to give you an extremely hard and durable finish. This process, similar to an automotive paint, will ensure you have a high quality, long lasting finish. The elegant look of a painted finish will give you years of enjoyment, making your kitchen the center piece of your home.

10 RTF (Rigid Thermofoil) Thermofoil doors are easy to care for, economical, durable and not likely to chip. Our RTF Cabinet Refacing Program consists of four door styles and four different colors. Thermofoiling is a process whereby a layer of PVC vinyl is glued onto a one piece MDF board. This process uses a membrane press that heats the vinyl and uses vacuum pressure to form the vinyl into the routed designs. RTF doors are a great way to change an old, dated kitchen into a kitchen that feels modern and new again. This newly re-faced kitchen will be a place you want to spend time and will become the new meeting place of the household.

13 DLV (Decorative Laminate Veneer) Our DLV Cabinet Refacing Program features four door styles in four different finishes. The doors in this section have an extremely durable polyester finish. This polyester finish is highly scratch resistant and will remain looking new for years to come. The prints we have chosen for this program look very much like the wood that they are simulating. The rich colors in the DLV program have realistic textures that will be sure to transform your cabinetry into modern works of art. These doors will give you the warm and inviting feeling that you desire with your kitchen transformation.
