4 Street Decals Branded Clock Turning the pavement itself into a place for branded messaging helped NW Natural add value and brand impact to Portland area home shows. These street decals promoted the lifestyle natural gas can offer consumers by associating it with new, beautiful homes. What is a low-cost, but engaging way to beef up a cooking competition sponsorship? After wrestling with this question, we created a branded countdown clock to give consumers a reason to engage with NW Natural s brand. The clock made it possible for excited spectators to count down the last ten seconds of each competition. Bolt s Blue Experiences Custom-Fabricated Marketing Vehicle Attention is not given, it s earned. That was one of the driving factors behind the creation of NW Natural s Experience Blue marketing trailer. It wraps up a cooking demonstration, working fireplace, online tools, and a digital cost savings leaderboard into one, self-contained activation. The Experience Blue trailer is the unique, eye-catching marketing attraction that NW Natural was looking for.

5 Custom Interactive Displays We stimulated consumers curiosity with interactive displays at the Better Living Show in Portland. As part of the expo activation, we added an interactive touchscreen with custom programming where attendees could test their knowledge of natural gas and learn more about it in the process. Interactive ipad placards further explained the benefits of natural gas appliances throughout the event space. Custom Expo Space To integrate ipads into NW Natural s smaller event activations, we retrofitted an existing collapsable table asset into a branded Cost Comparison Center. Organizing NW Natural s digital tools and data capture forms into one modular unit made for an efficient set-up and attractive consumer experience. Event Staffing Successful event marketing requires brand ambassadors who can effectively bring consumers into the event space and keep them engaged with the brand. Bolt provided NW Natural with professional and well-spoken staff to communicate brand messaging, capture consumer data, and promote the company in a personal and relatable way.

6 Bridgespan Health BridgeSpan Health Insurance came to Bolt wanting to grow brand recognition in the competitive health insurance market. The BridgeSpan Tour de Smoothies campaign conducts brand engagements at events in the Puget Sound and Portland markets, combining wellness and excitement as participants pedal customized bikes to blend a fresh smoothie for themselves.

7 Nike Football The Nike Football Tour brought SPARQ testing and training programs to high school athletes in football hotbeds across the nation. Traveling in custom, branded marketing vehicles, our Nike brand ambassadors evaluated, compared, and assessed athletes with the SPARQ rating system. Our staff made connections with high school athletes that last to this day and helped weave Nike into the fabric of those communities football tradition.

8 Custom Interactive Displays A 30-foot wide shoe wall sneakers in all - made a quick impression on consumers when they entered the trailer. Consumers scanned shoe barcodes below one of three monitors in order to get detailed product info. Two 40-inch interactive touch screens showcased exciting brand videos as well as Eastbay s retail website. Added together, this digital interaction was a big hit with our youthful demographic and encouraged active participation. 3D Renderings & Interior Design Beginning with 3D renderings, our plan for the interior design and consumer experience focused on creating excitement for Eastbay s extensive product selection and brand. We seamlessly integrated consumer registration, photo booths, an impressive shoe display, a fitting room, point of sale, and additional digital interactive touchpoints. This fully customized retail brand experience was a huge draw at events and left consumers with a great impression of Eastbay. Photo Booth By ducking into one of the two photo booths, consumers had their image printed with their choice of an Eastbay branded border, including a replica Eastbay catalog. Consumers could take their printed photos home, and they also had the option to post the images live to their Facebook pages.

9 Retail Point of Sale Find a shoe that you just gotta have in your wardrobe? That s perfect, because consumers could purchase products showcased both on the trailer and on the website. Additional promotions and incentives were used to drive sales. Touring Event Marketing Trailer The 53-foot trailer, with bold exterior graphics, created a captivating presence both at events and on the road. The results were impressive - over two and a half years the tour hosted thousands of visitors resulting in captured customer leads, on-site sales, user-generated brand content, and memorable brand impressions. 11 Subaru When Subaru needs event staff to execute their regional events, Bolt is who they call. Our reliable brand ambassadors and event managers are trained to speak the Subaru language and execute flawlessly for the brand. Our event staff has helped introduce the brand new Crosstrek and other models to Subaru s devoted customer base at mountain, race, and surf events. Our event managers transport Subaru vehicles to the event locations, set-up the event space, and then execute the event while representing the brand by talking to consumers about the benefits of Subaru vehicles. Post event, we report back to Subaru on the event metrics that are important to them. When Subaru needed some custom seating and a cell phone charging station for their event kit set-up, we made sure to deliver with silver and blue options that really grab consumers attention.

12 Crocs Implementing custom retail displays and seating was one way Crocs decided to boost their instore branding. Bolt designed and produced custom, affordable seating and provided the logistical support to ensure the seats arrived in time for all of their new store openings. Crocs custom retail seating evolved from square to cylindrical and changed colors to align with their stores interior design.

13 Nike Soccer As part of Nike Soccer s sponsorship of the National Women s Soccer League, they leaned on Bolt to develop custom retail solutions for each of the nine NWSL teams. Most teams received a modular retail display custom-branded with their team colors and logos. These setups included a matching cash wrap and larger display unit, each on wheels for easy transport and storage. Taking on these improvements bolstered the fan experience and increased Nike Soccer s gameday visibility at each stadium.

15 UrgentRx Bolt was tasked with making a connection between UrgentRx and its athletic, on-the-go consumer base. Equipped with a branded event kit and product samples, our UrgentRxtrained brand ambassadors introduced the new products to targeted consumers at local running events during this summer-long campaign.

16 Nike Cross Nationals Beginning in 2010, Bolt became the retail partner for Eastbay at their sponsored Nike Cross Nationals series of races. We coordinate and execute the Nike retail operations at these regional and national cross country races. Detailed and diligent event planning is at the crux of this event series. With events across the nation, there are logistical challenges that require attention to detail to ensure successful execution at each event.

17 Jeni s Splendid Ice Creams Bolt s brand ambassador team introduced consumers to a variety of new flavors for Jeni s Splendid Ice Creams through in-store sampling efforts at local grocery stores in the Northwest. Our brand ambassadors were trained to share the rich history of this ice cream brand as consumers enjoyed samples. In-store sampling often results in direct sales, and we did just that for Jeni s Splendid Ice Creams.
