5 Frequently Asked Questions Beverages Rock Wall Wine Company is a wine and beer ONLY facility. You must use Rock Wall Wine Company s wines for your event. Beer and non-alcoholic drinks can be sourced for you at an additional charge. The bar can either be hosted (you purchase for your guests) or non-hosted (guests pay for drinks directly). You may pre-purchase wines. Food You may work with any licensed and insured caterer and/or food truck. See vendor list for additional recommedations. If you would like to work with an outside caterer and/or food truck that we have not hosted before, they must complete an onsite walkthrough at least 2 weeks prior to the event and are responsible for ALL necessary rentals to ensure event success. Bar Service Rock Wall Wine Company s Event Staff run the bar at events. Last pour is 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. Staffing Rock Wall is a full service facility. We are able to plan, stage, set up, run and breakdown everything for your event. For all events, there is a 4 hour staffing minimum per staff position. Event Manager, set up/break down, security, parking and bathrooms are all required at private events. Bartenders are required if you are hosting the bar. Holidays are billed at specialty rates, inquire within. optional wedding services -For a Day-Of Planner only, we will confirm with vendors, help create a wedding-day timeline and handle wedding day details from start to finish. -For a Consulting Package & Day-Of Planner, we recommend and book all vendors, offer advice on colors and style, provide assistance to help the couple stay on track of planning but will not handle legwork and small details. On the wedding day, we will interact with vendors, manage timeline, announcements, and ensure the day goes smoothly. - If these additional services are booked, the Event Manager fee is waived. * If these services are not rendered, the stage/show manager is required to manage property from open to close of event. Rentals We house an extensive inventory to assist in hosting an amazing party. We also work with various vendors for specialty decor rentals and any audio or visual/lighting needs. Insurance General Liability Insurance is required for all weddings, corporate parties and events over 100 guests. We require a dayof policy of $1,000,000+. Coverage starts at $150. Service Fees are 20% of total bill, pre-discount, tax inclusive. Service Fees
