9 Klout is a measurement of a person s social media influence. Why would it be helpful to filter your mentions stream by a Klout score that is above average? Go through your followers, assess which ones may be influencers, and add them to an Influencers list. Curating content from other sources can reduce the amount of time spent to creating your own content. How can the RSS app in the App Directory help you create content?

Super Admins can assign Admins who are able to add and remove team members, social networks, and create or merge teams within an organization. Why would this be helpful for a large organization that s constantly changing personnel? Teams allow you to divide the members who manage your organization s social media into smaller groups. What are some types of teams that you can create for small businesses, agencies and global organizations? Go to your user profile and identify the different teams in your organization. Members who are a part of the same Team can view each other s drafts, scheduled messages, and see which tweets have been assigned, and which have been responded to.

13 Members with advanced permissions in social networks have default permissions, plus the ability to manage RSS feeds, secure social network profiles, and change social networks permission levels. What kind of individual in your organization should be assigned Advanced Permissions? Limited permissions allow users to view streams, monitor social networks, and compose pending messages which are put into a queue for approval by team members with advanced permissions. Why would it be a good idea to assign limited permissions to new employees and interns? Social network permissions allow you to control the permissions of members for each of your company s social networks.
