Our approach makes it easier for Members to manage their business. We offer our Members an easier way to buy parts, plus a broad range of services including equipment finance, dedicated travel services and business protection. Capricorn brings the auto trade industry together with regular social and networking events for our Members and Preferred Suppliers. Dedicated, locally based Area Managers and Business Development Managers regularly visit our Members and Preferred Suppliers to understand their business needs and keep them informed with what is happening at Capricorn and developments within the automotive parts buying industry. As a major player in the automotive parts buying sector, we really do have power in numbers with over 16,500 Members and 2,200 Preferred Suppliers internationally. 5 Refer a friend program Capricorn is dedicated to finding the right people for the right roles. If you refer a friend you have the opportunity to receive 750 Red Balloon reward points. Flexible working hours and working environments Working hours can be flexible to fit in with business and personal needs. Your manager is able to provide you more information on your working hours. Income protection You will be provided with the added benefit of a Salary Continuance Insurance Plan. If you are a permanent team member of Capricorn you are covered by this insurance immediately upon commencement of employment. The monthly benefit of this plan is 75% of your pre-disability income plus superannuation contributions of 9.5% to a maximum monthly benefit of $30,000. Conditions apply. Study assistance If you have a minimum of 12 months continuous service; both financial assistance and study leave is available to undertake suitable tertiary studies. The level of financial assistance and study leave depends upon the course and relevance to the role.
