1 LAWRENCE CENTRAL MENS SOCCER 204 Spring Conditioning / TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS (April 8th May 22nd) - 4 sessions - 4:00-6:00 on LC Weight-room/ Track/Fieldhouse or Soccer Field - 4:00-5:30 on LC Track/Fieldhouse or Soccer Field JUNE: Summer Conditioning / TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS (June 3rd June 26th) - 8 sessions - Starts June 3rd (6:30am - 8:5am) - Every Tuesday & Thursday through June LC Football Stadium/Track - June 2st *Mt. Vernon Marauder Summer Friendlies (2 full games) Coaches will choose app. 20 players for this event. ($20 per player to play) JULY: Summer Conditioning / TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS - Only 4 sessions due to team camp and No Contact weeks - IPFW team Camp (July 8-) See next page for details - July 5 th,7 th, 22 nd,,24 LC Track or LC Game Field (6:30am - 8:5am) WEDNESDAYS (7:00-8:30pm) at LC Game Field or Football Stadium - Starts April 23rd (every Wednesday through July--Skip May 28 th ) - This is an open field for everyone sixth grade or older. Coaches will be present. 204 SEASON STARTS! - Try-outs begin MONDAY, August 4th IHSAA NO CONTACT WEEKS: JUNE 30 JULY 5 / JULY 28-AUG. *The pre-season friendlies will include all grade levels. The coaches select 5-20 players for games in June and July. Player fee is $ You are more likely to get chosen if you are a regular at the summer training sessions NOTE: All summer activities are totally voluntary. Your absence will not and cannot be held against you. The summer sessions are primarily for players to increase their conditioning and touch. If you want to make as many sessions as possible, please plan vacations during the IHSAA no contact weeks listed above. 2 I P F W 204 Our team camp will be returning to the IPFW campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana for the fifth straight year. This camp is not mandatory but highly recommended for team building. This camp is open to all players trying out to play soccer at LC. ALL COACHES WILL BE ATTENDING CAMP. DATES: ACCOMODATIONS: Arrive: Monday, July 7th at 2:00pm Depart: Thursday evening, July 0 (after games) Newly built college dorms. Four players to apartment /4 rooms. Towels and linens provided. Bring your own pillow. A/C and refrigerator in every room. SCHEDULE: MONDAY AFTERNOON: Arrive/ Unpack/Possible Training Session / Dinner / Night game TUE/WED/THURS: Breakfast 7 V 7 Tournament Lunch Team Sessions Dinner Night Games We will depart after the night games on Thursday night.
