1 USA league season Referee Game Reporting

2 Overview USA is using Got Soccer for game scheduling. Assignors are using Got Soccer for assigning, and are being paid for assignments as recorded in Got Soccer, with submitted game reports. Referees will check in teams using the Got Soccer game card. Referees will accept games and confirm assignments in their Got Soccer accounts. Referees will use Got Soccer to submit online game reports, within 48 hours of game.

5 Game report will appear as a pdf file. Team must use Got Soccer game card and NOT FYSA roster. ALL PLAYERS MUST BE PRE-PRINTED ON ROSTER Referee will keep game cards, and turn into USA

6 At Check in All rostered players will be listed for both teams For U 11 teams and older, all players will be preprinted on the Got Soccer game card. Players with a red line through name MAY be suspended. Check with coach if there are other suspended players. ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES MUST HAVE VALID SIGNED PASSES Referees hold all passes during game, and return to coach at end of game, even for red-carded players.

7 Red Lined Players Players who have a red line on card may be suspended. Players with out a red line may be suspended. Verify with coach the eligibility of each player. If coach indicates that player is eligible, allow player to play. Referee must indicate on game report players serving suspensions even if they are red lined.

8 Red Lined Players continued Players may be red lined who have served their suspensions and it was not entered into Got Soccer before this card was pulled. Players may be suspended and not lined out because the card was printed before the player earned the suspension. Any player who plays who is red lined out must have an explanation on the report as to why he is playing.

9 Participant Eligibility All coaches and players must have passes. All players must be listed on the preprinted game card. Coaches are responsible for determining player eligibility (suspensions, club pass status etc.) No secondary players are allowed. Any coach may challenge the eligibility of a player prior to the game, referee will record this on the paper and online game report. Game will proceed. USA will review after the game has concluded and reports submitted and make determinations at that time.

12 For red or yellow cards, or injuries select the option, and there is a drop down box.

13 After Player is selected choose infraction code and add additional info. Make comments in note section brief, and write details in incident section.

14 For coach who is ejected, injured etc. Select other from drop down box Blank box will appear Fill in write in the word coach, and then follow with the full name Do not use code, as those are for players, just indicate in notes section in one or two words the reason

15 Report injuries, use drop down box, and notes section should be brief, with full info in incident section.

16 Supplemental Info, fill in the boxes.

17 Players or coaches serving suspensions must be listed in incidents section, as well as any other incident that needs to be reported to USA

18 League immediately has all info, and can not edit.

19 Incident tracking Got Soccer automatically suspends all rostered red carded players with a red line through the name. USA will not allow red line to be removed till suspension has been served. Any unusual incident MUST be listed in the incidents section..

20 Incident tracking continued. Referee can enter scores, and additional info. Indicate as an incident a player serving a red card, or a red lined player who participates. If a game is cancelled, indicate that in the appropriate area of the game report If a game is abandoned, indicate that in the incident section. Use the game incident section for all unusual incidents, including if the game appears forfeited. USA league will make final determination. If the game was not played, do not enter a score Any player eligibility issues are written in the incident section.

21 Paper Game Reports For the Season, teams will provide referee with paper game report and Got Soccer game card, (U11 and above). NO FYSA ROSTERS ARE TO BE ACCEPTED. Referee will complete game report, and keep game cards. Referee will submit paper game report, game cards and guest player forms to with game number in subject line. Cell phone pictures work great.
