1 ANNEXURE-A NETAJI SUBHAS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (Formerly Delhi Institute of Technology) Azad Hind Fauj Marg, Sector-3,Dwarka, New Delhi PH: FAX: STORE & PURCHASE F.No.:191(06)/ /PUR/NSIT/ DATE: NOTICE INVITING TENDER Sealed goods rate tenders are hereby invited in two bids system (Technical & Financial) from the Delhi VAT registered agencies for the supply of REWORKSTATION (Soldering/Desoldering) so as to reach the office of undersigned up to 3.00 PM on Technical Bids shall be opened on at A.M.: (Room No. 07, Admn. Block) Name of Goods: Supply of REWORKSTATION (Soldering/Desoldering). TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Schedule of Quantity: As per Annexure - C. 2. The material shall be strictly as per the nomenclature & specifications. The goods of superior quality as available in market shall be supplied after approval of Officer Incharge (S&P). 3. The Technical Bid will be opened first on the date mentioned above and the Financial Bid will be opened later on and only for those tenders who qualify in Technical Bid. 4. The rates shall consist of excise duty, Delhi VAT, service tax, cartage, loading, unloading etc., if any exclusively in breakup form. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account. 5. Destination: The goods shall be delivered at the NSIT Stores at location as given during delivery. 6. Time Allowed:- The supply of the equipment shall be completed with in 30 days from the date of Supply Order. If the agency fails to complete supply of the equipment within 30 days time then a per week of the contract value of the items which are not be supplied timely, shall be levied. The maximum penalty can not exceed 10% of the overall contract amount. 1/6

2 7. Payment Terms: 100% payment shall be released after successful supply of the equipment subject to submission of BG (Security) of 10% of Total Supply Order Value for the period of warranty. Otherwise 90% payment will be released after successful supply and balance 10% will be retained as security deposit, to be released after successfully completion of warranty period through RTGS/NEFT/ECS. The successful agency will be required to submit the bank details with the bill/invoice to release the payment through RTGS/NEFT/ECS mode. 8. Inspection: The material shall be inspected by the User, NSIT or his authorized representative. 9. Consignee: Officer In charge(s&p), NSIT. 10. Any damage to the equipment during shifting of materials transportation to store shall be on the contractors account. 11. EMD amounting to Rs. 4, shall be deposited along with the tender documents in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft of a Scheduled Bank issued in favour of Director, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. 12. Supplier will not be relieved from any liability related to warrantee/guarantee or any obligation under the contract. 13. The rates will be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of tender. 14. The quotation received after the due date and time will not be accepted. 15. In the event of specified date of opening of tender is declared as a holiday, the tender shall be opened at the same place and same time on the next working day. 16. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason. The bidder can ask the reason of rejection of bid by furnishing a letter in writing. 17. Over writing/over typing should be avoided, if any, it must be authenticated by putting the initial by the authorized signatory of the firm. 18. In all cases of disputes, the decision of the Director, NSIT shall be final. 19. All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi. 2/6

3 Technical Bid must contain the following documents as eligibility criteria:- 1. EMD amounting to Rs. 4, shall be deposited along with the tender documents in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft of a Scheduled Bank issued in favour of Director, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. 2. Copy of Delhi VAT Registration and latest Delhi VAT Return. 3. Copy of PAN CARD. 4. Authorization certificate issued by the OEM. 5. Duly signed NIT as at - Annexure-A. 6. Duly signed Checklist as at - Annexure-B 7. Technical leaflets/catalogue of specified goods. 8. Installation/Satisfactory Report of the goods at different govt. institutions. Tender No., Name of Goods & Closing Date of Tender must be super-scribed on the sealed envelope. Both envelopes should be enclosed in a common Envelope-III.
