3 Easy reusability Manual reworking EcoDRAFT barrels were developed especially to be reused. Thanks to the patented double bag system which you can switch easily, refilling is a breeze. This can even happen completely manually, thanks to the Rework Tool. With the Rework Tool you screw the head loose and you can remove the complete interior easily. Placing a new bag (always including the head) is carried out completely clean and in the blink of an eye. Put a bit of pressure on the outside bag and the refilling can happen immediately. All without any rinsing. Semi-automatic reworking This sophisticated process consists of three modules. A first station will suck out any residual beer, if needed, and completely make the inside bags vacuum. A second station removes the complete interior and a third station placed pressure on the outside bag again, making it possible to be filled again immediately. In between the various modules, there is a small manual intervention required for which the "Rework Tool" is required and the supplied intermediate roller conveyors are very useful. Automatic Rework Unit A fully automatic rework unit will speed up the rework time even more. The process of suction and applying vacuum to the inside bags, the removing of the complete interior, placement of the new bags and pressurising the outside bag occurs completely automatic here. This automatic rework unit was specially developed and optimised for reworking all EcoDRAFT barrels in the gamma: 10L, 15L, 18L, 20L and 30L. Standard connections

For this, we offer a manual filling set and also a useful manual which you can download at all times on Our manual filling method is the most budget friendly solution for every enthusiastic brewer who still wants to fill EcoDRAFT barrels in a professional and high quality way ON YOUR EXISTING FILLING LINES Professional filling station with one or two filling heads The "PRO-unit 1" is a semi-automated mobile one-head-filling- machine which enables a simple and professional way of filling all EcoDRAFT barrels. The filling capacity can easily be doubled by opting for the "PRO-unit 2". The manual work for both devices is limited to setting up and taking down the barrel. All steps of the professional filling are carried out automatically and one person can, therefore, easily fill more than 120 barrels per hour. Robotised filling method A fully automatic line made up of multiple filling devices in combination with a robot provides the opportunity to reach very high filling capacities in a very limited floor surface area. Thanks to the modularity of the filling devices every brewer has the possibility of incrementally increasing their capacity and efficiently including their previous investment into the whole.
