2 Directions to Juror Parking Locations - By County Atlantic County Atlantic City Directions to 1201 Bacharach Blvd., Atlantic City Take AC Expressway exit until merge into Missouri Ave. Get into the left lane, turn left onto Arctic Ave. Turn right onto North Carolina Ave. The Courthouse is at the corner of Bacharach Blvd. and North Carolina Ave. Juror Parking in Atlantic City: Park at SJT on New York Ave., a high-rise garage located between Atlantic and Pacific Aves., address is 19 S. New York Ave. Parking is free in (THAT GARAGE ONLY) if you bring your parking stub to the courthouse to be validated. Bring your ticket from the parking garage with you to the Courthouse so that it can be validated (for free parking). GPS for Atlantic City juror parking: Use the intersection of Bacharach Blvd. and N. Carolina Ave. Mays Landing From shore area: Take AC Expwy W to Exit 12. Take service road to 1st light, turn left. Bergen County Directions to 55 Court St. Parking Lot (Not for State Grand Jurors) From I-80: Take Exit 66, left onto Vreeland Ave., left onto Hudson St. Follow Hudson until Court House, turn right onto Court St. From GS Pkwy: Take Exit 159 to I-80 East & proceed as above. From Turnpike: Take Rte. 46W across Hackensack River; bear right onto River St. at end of bridge; and proceed to 55 Court Street lot. Juror Parking: Parking is free for jurors in the main lot behind the Court House between Main and River Sts. Enter from Court St. Signs will direct you to the lot. 3 Burlington County The Burlington County Complex in Mount Holly is located on Rancocas Road between High Street (Rt. 541) and King St. Juror Parking: Located across the street from the County Office Building, on Park Drive; entry is from Rancocas Road. Follow Jury Parking signs; park only in designated parking spaces. For GPS, use the intersection of Rancocas Rd. and either Park Drive or King St. Reporting: Report to the Juror Assembly Room located on the ground floor of the County Office Building. Use the side entrance with the canopy; turn left upon entering the building. GPS for Burlington juror parking: Use the intersection of Rancocas Rd. & Park Drive or Rancocas Rd. & King St. Camden County Juror Parking: If using GPS, enter 100 S. 3 rd St. for the juror parking lot. Take Martin Luther King Blvd. to 3 rd Street (5 traffic lights). Turn right onto 3 rd Street. Go to middle of the block and turn left into the Jury Parking Lot. A shuttle bus is available on the Martin Luther King side of the parking lot to take you to the Hall of Justice. From Cherry Hill, Marlton, and Mt. Holly areas: Take either Rt. 70 or Rt. 38W to the junction of those 2 roads. From the junction, stay in 2 right lanes and follow signs for Rt. 30 West (Camden / Philadelphia). Take Rt. 30W 1 ½ miles; exit at Federal St./Campbell Pl./State Aquarium. Take exit ramp and follow signs for Martin Luther King Blvd. The Hall of Justice is at the 4 th traffic light (at 5 th and Mickle) on the right. The PATCO Hi-Speedline stops at Broadway & City Hall stations, 1 block from Hall of Justice. NJ Transit stops at Broadway station or City Hall. GPS for Camden juror parking: 100 South 3rd St. Cape May County Juror Parking: The juror lot is at Mechanic St. & Boyd St. (use for GPS) behind the County Library Building. Drive to the security gate, push and release the button the black box and state that you are reporting for juror service. From North: Take GS Pkwy S to Exit 10. Turn right. At first light, turn left onto Rte. 9 S. At next light, turn right into Mechanic St. Turn right onto Boyd St. From South: Take GS Pkwy N to Exit 10. Turn left. At first light, turn left onto Rte. 9 S. At next light, turn right onto Mechanic St. Turn right onto Boyd St. Note: Additional juror parking is available on E. 4 Cumberland County The Cumberland County Court House is located at 60 West Broad St. (Rte. 49) Juror Parking: Parking for jurors is available in the parking garage located at 115 Vine Street between Fayette and Giles Streets (about 1 ½ blocks from the Court House). GPS for Cumberland juror parking: 115 Vine St. Essex County Free parking is available only in the designated juror parking area. Follow the directions below to the parking lot based on your point of origin. Note: Bring your ticket to the jury assembly room for validation. From NJ Turnpike: Take Exit 15W to I-280 West. Take I-280 West to Exit 14B (Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd.). Go to the bottom of the ramp and turn left (State Street). At the next stop sign, turn left. Go straight on MLK, Jr. Blvd., about one mile until you come to Essex County College. There is an overpass across the road (that corner is MLK, Jr. Blvd and W. Market Street). The Historic Courthouse is on your left, the Hall of Records is on the right, and the Veterans Courthouse is directly behind the Hall of Records. Juror Parking - see last paragraph. From Garden State Parkway: Take Garden State Parkway to Exit 145. Take I-280 East to Exit 14A - Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd. Go to bottom of ramp and make a right onto MLK, Jr. Blvd. Go straight about one mile to W. Market Street. There is an overpass for Essex County College across the road (corner is MLK, Jr. Blvd. and W. Market Street). The Historic Courthouse is on your left, the Hall of Records is on the right, and the Veterans Courthouse is directly behind the Hall of Records. Juror Parking - see last paragraph From Routes 22, 24, 1 & 9 or I-78 Newark: Take any of these highways and follow signs for Newark. Follow the exits for Route 21-North/McCarter Highway. Take exit ramp for Broad Street. Proceed on Broad Street until you reach Court Street. Make a left onto Court Street. Go one block and then make a right on Washington Street. Go approximately three blocks and make a left onto Market Street. Bear to the right. Market Street becomes West Market Street. When you reach Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, the Historic Courthouse is on the left. Across the street is the Hall of Records and the Veterans Courthouse is directly behind the Hall of Records. Juror Parking - see last paragraph. From Bloomfield Avenue (Montclair, Verona, Bloomfield or Belleville): Take Bloomfield Avenue toward Summer Avenue. Turn right onto Summer Avenue. Proceed straight until you reach 7th Ave. Turn left and make a quick right onto MLK Jr. Blvd. Proceed straight approximately one mile to W. Market Street. There is an overpass across the road (that corner is MLK Blvd. and W. Market Street). The Historic Courthouse is on the left, the Hall of Records is on the right and the Veterans Courthouse is directly behind the Hall of Records. Juror Parking - see below. Juror Parking (This information is the same for ALL routes): Juror parking is located on S. Orange Avenue. To reach the lot: Proceed straight on MLK, Jr. Blvd. Turn right onto Springfield Ave. and bear to the right at the merge. This is S. Orange Ave. The parking lot entrance will be on your right. 5 Gloucester County There are 2 court locations in Woodbury - the Gloucester County Justice Complex at 70 Hunter St. and the Old Courthouse at 1 N. Broad St. See instructions for calling the recorded message. Juror Parking: You can park in the lot on Railroad Avenue, just off Cooper St. (across from St. Patrick's church). It s a 3-4 block walk to either location: For the Justice Complex, follow Railroad Ave., turn left onto Cooper, right onto Euclid St. and then left onto Hunter St. For the Old Courthouse, follow Railroad Ave., turn left onto Cooper, cross Broad St.; the Old Courthouse is on the right. There is also limited free parking in the public garages/lots near each building, but they fill up quickly. The garages are located at 24 Hunter St. and on Cooper St. behind the County Admin. Bldg. Parking lots are located near the Justice Complex at the corner of Hunter and and Euclid Sts and near the Old Courthouse at the corner of Lupton Ave and Delaware St. and the corner of Andrews and Wood Sts. GPS for Gloucester juror parking: Use the intersection of Railroad Ave. & Cooper St. Hudson County Parking is not often available in the area of the Administration Building (595 Newark Ave.) and IS NOT provided by the court. Jurors are strongly encouraged to take public transportation. The Admin. Bldg. is 3 blocks Northeast walking distance from Journal Square PATH station. Zone 2 Parking Permits are available, upon arrival, at Jury Assembly Rm. From Newark area: Take Rts. 1 & 9 N. to GW Bridge/ Lincoln Tunnel exit. Turn right onto Tonnelle Ave, then left onto Newark Ave. to Adm Bldg. From Rts 1 & 9 S.: Take to Tonnelle Traffic Circle. Exit at Park / Ride Journal Square sign onto Tonnelle Ave, then left onto Newark Ave. From NJ Turnpike: Take Exit 14C and use Columbus Dr. turnoff. Turn left onto Montgomery St, right on Baldwin Ave, then left on Newark Ave. GPS for Hudson juror parking: Park in the area of 595 Newark Ave. Hunterdon County Follow signs to Main St. Flemington. Turn onto Capner Street at the Post Office. The Justice Center is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Capner Street. The street address is 65 Park Avenue. Juror Parking: Free parking is available for jurors in a lot on Capner Street, about 200 yards west of the Justice Center (past its intersection with Park Ave.). Turn right into the lot, which is indicated by a green sign that notes Justice Center parking. Please be aware that parking regulations are strictly enforced, including 2 hour limits and unauthorized parking in other lots. 6 Mercer County Petit jurors are to report to the Mercer County Civil Courts Building, 175 South Broad St., 2 nd Floor, Juror Assembly Room Juror Parking: Juror parking is at the Sun Center (for GPS, use 80 Hamilton Avenue). It is located off Hamilton Ave. between South Broad Street and Route 129. The Mercer County Sheriff s shuttle bus will be available to transport jurors to and from the lot. Note: there is no public access to the courthouse before 8:00 AM. From Rt. 1 South: Exit at Rt. 129; turn right onto Hamilton Ave.; turn right into parking lot #1 at the Sun Center. From Rt. 29 South: Exit at Market St. Turn right at 3 rd light onto Broad St. Proceed to 2 nd light turn left onto Hamilton Ave. Parking lot #1 is on the left. From I-195: Once on Rt.129, turn left onto Hamilton Ave. Turn right into parking lot #1 at the Sun Center. NJ Transit bus and train information: Please call GPS for Mercer juror parking: Park at 80 Hamilton Ave. (Sun Center parking lot) Middlesex County Juror Parking: Park Free at New St. Deck or Wellness Center Deck bring ticket to Jury Office. Jurors Enter Courthouse through Bayard St. doors. From Livingston Ave: Turn left onto New St., go 1.5 blocks to the New St. Parking Deck, on left side. From Rt. 18N: Take New St. exit, go through 3 lights, the New St. Parking Deck is 1.5 blocks ahead on left. From Rt. 18S: Take New St. exit, go right onto New St., at first light go right on Neilson St., then left on Bayard St., after 4 blocks, go right on Joyce Kilmer Ave., then make next right onto Paterson St. Wellness Center Deck is on the left. From Rt. 27S: Make left onto Joyce Kilmer Ave. (5 th light) make next left onto Paterson St. Wellness Center Deck is on the left. From Rt. 27N: Make right onto Joyce Kilmer Ave., make first left onto Paterson St. Wellness Center Deck is on the left. 7 Monmouth County The courthouse is located at 71 Monument Street (near the intersection of Monument and Court Streets). Juror Parking is available behind the courthouse. From Route 9: Take Route 9 to Route 33 East (near Freehold Raceway); turn left onto Broad St.; follow to the end, then turn left onto Court St. From Garden State Parkway: Take Exit 100A (if South) or 100B (if North) to Route 33 West then onto 33 Business West into Freehold; turn right onto Broad St.; follow to the end, then turn left onto Court St. From Routes 18 or 34: Take 537 West into Freehold where it becomes Main St.; turn right onto Court St. (Hall of Records is on right). GPS for Monmouth juror parking: 71 Monument St. (Monument St. & Court St.) Morris County Juror Parking: Jurors may park in the garage at the Headquarters Plaza Hyatt, Level 4. Directions are provided below. Bring your garage parking ticket to the Jury Office for validation. Please be aware that you cannot park oversized vehicles in the Hyatt garage. From Route 287 North or South: Take Exit 35--Madison Avenue Exit (Rt.124 West) Stay on Rt. 124W (South St.) for 6 lights, then go half way around the Park; follow signs for Rt. 202 North (Speedwell Ave.). The Headquarters Plaza Hyatt garage is 2 blocks on the right. The Court House is one block up Cattano Ave. and across Washington St. Enter front door of Court House. A Sheriff s bus is available as a shuttle bus, 8:00-8:15, in front of the movie theater on Speedwell Ave. The shuttle bus is available only in the morning. GPS for Morris juror parking: 3 Speedwell Ave. (Headquarters Hyatt Plaza) Ocean County The Jurors Entrance is located at 100A Hooper Ave. in Toms River Juror Parking: Courthouse parking garage is located behind 129 Hooper Ave. across from the Justice Complex. Enter from Washington St, Hadley Ave, or Madison Ave. Please allow 5 minutes to cross over to Juror Assembly (100 Hooper Ave). From the North (GS Pkwy): Take exit #82 (Rt. 37E); Go through the first light (Rt. 166) and, at 2 nd light, turn onto Rt. 549 (Hooper Ave S). Then turn left at the 4 th light onto Madison Ave. garage is on the right. From the South (GS parkway): Take exit #81 (Lakehurst Rd). Turn left at the 4 th light (Rt. 549 / Hooper Ave. North). Proceed through the next light (Washington Ave). Turn right into the first one-way drive (just after the Adm. Bldg) at 101 Hooper Ave. After stop sign, turn left into garage. 8 Passaic County Juror Parking: Free Parking is available for jurors at the location described below. You will not be reimbursed if you park elsewhere. If using GPS, enter 101 Ward St. for the Center City Parking Garage. Center City Parking Garage: Take Rt. 80 to Exit 57B. Follow signs for downtown. Continue straight onto Ward St. The Center City Garage is located on the left. Turn left into the parking garage. Park in designated garage areas and bring your parking garage ticket to the courthouse for validation. This is a new juror parking location that is very close to the courthouse. Disregard Juror Parking signs that direct you to any location other than the Center City Parking Garage. GPS for Passaic juror parking: 101 Ward St. (Center City Parking Garage) Salem County The Salem County Court House is located at 92 Market St. (Rt. 45) near its intersection with Broadway (Rt. 49). Juror Parking: is available in the lot located directly behind the Courthouse. You may enter the lot from Grant St., which is one block north of Broadway. Limited on-street parking is also available near the courthouse. GPS for Salem juror parking: 92 Market St. (Rt. 45 & Rt. 49) Somerset County The Somerset County Courthouse is located at 20 North Bridge Street in Somerville. Juror Parking: Jurors are to park at the Bernie Field Parking Deck located on E. High St., between Grove and Mechanic Sts. Please show your summons to enter the parking deck. From 206N North: Take right onto Bridge St. At 3rd light, turn right onto E. High St. Go through light at Grove St. Garage is second drive on right. From North (287S): Take Exit 17 (Rt. 202 / 206S) turn right onto Rte. 22E. Take 3 rd exit on right (N. Bridge- Grove Sts.) At 2 nd light turn left onto E. High St. Parking garage is second driveway on the right. From South (287N): Exit 14B on left (Rte. 22W) toward Somerville. Exit on right for N. Bridge-Grove Sts. 9 Sussex County The Sussex County Judicial Center is located in Newton on High St., near Spring St. & Park Place; one block from Main Street (Rt. 206). Juror Parking: Jurors may park in the parking deck located next to the Judicial Center. The parking deck is entered from High St. (Rt. 94). For GPS, use 43 High Street. From Rt. 206N (Main St.): Turn left onto Spring St. and left, again, onto High St. The Judicial Center is on the right. From Rt. 94/206: Bear right onto High St., Judicial Center is on right. GPS for Sussex juror parking: 43 High St. Union County Juror Parking: Use Elizabeth Parking Authority Garage at Jefferson and Dickinson (off Broad behind McDonald s). Parking must be validated before 4pm in the Jury Management Office. Please park on the upper levels and lock your vehicle. Note: Please be aware that the garage does not permit motorcycle parking. From Rt. 1N: Exit right onto Bayway Ave., then left onto S. Broad St., then right on Dickinson St. (at McDonald s), and follow to Parking Garage. From Rt. 1S: Exit right on E. Jersey, then left onto Jefferson to Garage. From Rt. 82E [Morris Ave]: continue under RR bridge, becomes N. Broad, turn left on Dickinson (at McDonald s) follow to Parking Garage. From Rt. 27N [St. George / Rahway]: left on Cherry, right on W. Jersey, cross Broad, right on Jefferson, follow to Parking Garage. From Rt. 78E: Continue to Rt. 1S exit, follow directions above. From Rt. 22 E&W: Exit at Rt. 82 [Morris Ave.], follow directions above. Mass Transit Information: GPS for Union juror parking: 56 Jefferson Ave. (Elizabeth Parking Authority Garage) Warren County The Warren County Court House is located in Belvidere at the corner of Second and Hardwick Streets. For recorded directions call ; hearing impaired call the TTY# Juror Parking: Street parking is available in the area near the Court House. Please be aware that some areas are restricted to two hour parking. Those areas are clearly marked and are strictly enforced. Parking is also available in the lot located on Mansfield St. between the church and the Cummins Building (202 Mansfield St.).
