1 COMPANY PROFILE A. HISTORY Established on 1995 by Teddy Kusworo formerly named as PT. Atlantic Metal Formindo on Village Road Pesapen Kali 43, Surabaya On August 18th, 2005 emerged to replace PT. Atlantic Metal Formindo, and expanded a building located at Jl. Dumar Industry A-5, Surabaya, which has been used as office, warehouse, and production.

2 B. FACILITIES We have own metal work facilities which support us to produce many metal design work, such as: 1. Laser Cutting (Sheet & Tube metal) 2. Bending 3. Welding 4. Powder Coating 5. Engineering 6. Hair Line Polish for Stainless Steel 1. Metal Laser Cutting Our laser cutting facilities supported by TRUMPF German: We have 2 type machine for 2 type material: Laser Cutting for Sheet Metal Sheet Metal Laser Cutting is a machine for cutting steel which sheet shaped / sheet form. Cutting line-shape on 2-dimensional (2D), above and below surface. For Sheet Metal Laser Cutting we use machines TRUMPF TruLaser Type 3030 With this machine, we can create many type product from a sheet metal into several products such as: Exterior Product (cladding, ences, gates, screen, balcony, etc.) Interior Product (divider, ceiling, railing, wall art, signage, etc.) Ornaments arts, etc.

4 Laser Cutting for Tube Metal For Metal Tube Laser Cutting we use machines Tube SOCO SLT 152. The Machine view like this. With this machine, we can produce many joint models and bending of tube metal like this. So with these methods we can make many products, such as metal furniture, stair railings, product display etc. Why these machines are so important? The cutting quality is higher than manual cutting machine. (like the picture, when we used the Cutting Wheel & Driling. Results of Cutting was not clean, so it still needs the finishing process. 6 2. Bending We have 6 European technology bending machines with different type of bending blade. We take a lot investment for this machine in order to increase production capacity. We can get full performance to providing product for our customer. For The Bending process we use machines TRUMPF BENDING, like this under picture. With this machine, we can produce a lot of bending of sheet metal like this. So with these methods we can form many products, such as Kitchen Set, Metal Door, Metal Furniture, and many other industrial parts. Our Bending Machine Application with this machine:

7 3. Welding We have the expert welding team as manually (human power) or as well as computerize with using our Robotic Welding. The Robotic Welding will be used if we have much capacity and the numbers are difficult to reach with manpower. With this facility, it is very helpful for us in supply thousands of steel door on many high rise buildings across Indonesia and other products. With a creative welding technique, we can make many variations of home living products & design as your request. Hand Welding Robotic Welding Application with this facility:

8 4. Powder Coating For increase the art value of your metal product, we already to provide coating process with powder or duco coating process. In this process is divided into 5 stages. These are: Washing, Drying, Spray, Oven & Packing In the Washing stages, are divided again into 5 treatments which do 2 times during 71- minutes, such as: a. Deruster (The process how clean metal from carbon & oil dirt. b. Rinsing water (it just a wash the metal with water after from deruster tub) c. Surfacer (smoothing the surface with chemical liquid) d. Phosphating (metal coating process dg anti-rust compounds liquid) e. Rinsing water (it just a wash the metal with water after from phosphating tub)

9 The metal that has been washed, aerated in a hook to dry completely. Next process is, Spray. The metal which are dry, then go to the boot spray for dg sprayed with powder coatings. After spray, it will got to next process. Oven. The metal will be get into the oven room for improve the adhesion of coating powder and equitable results. After got oven, The finished product ready for packing. Our coating powder material Powered by:

10 5. Engineering We provide this facilities to accommodate custom products of our customers. It can be any detail, form, and color. R & D will work to design a model of the product according to customer desires, and then Project Estimator will estimate material needs and budget that will be delivered to the consumer for approval. After get approve from coustumer, the Drafter will be drawing the design according to the design models from R & D department. This draft will be used by the Nesting department to convert the file into the machine computery system. After the machine has been running and product get assembly, QC department will ensure for detail of the size and quality product according with initial design from R & D department before.

11 6. Hair Line Polish for Stainless Steel Hairline polished for Stainless steel will enhance the look of your stainless steel surface with hairline style pattern, like this picture: We use this machine to make Hair Line pattern width maximum 30 centimeters of Stainless steel surface.
