1 NATIONAL ELECTION COMMISSION NATIONAL ELECTION COMMISSION REGULATION No. 15 Year 2012 Concerning SECOND AMENDMENT ON THE REGULATION OF THE NATIONAL ELECTION COMMISSION NUMBER 07 YEAR 2012 CONCERNING THE STAGES, PROGRAMS, AND SCHEDULE OF THE CONDUCT OF THE 2014 GENERAL ELECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE HOUSE OF REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND THE REGIONAL HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. THAT THE NATIONAL ELECTION COMMISSION, Considering : 1. That to conduct the principles of election administration it is necessary to accurately examine the results of administrative verification on the completeness of requirements as political parties registering to participate in the 2014 General Election of House of Representatives, Provincial House of Representatives, and Regency/Municipal House of Representatives. 2. That to conduct activities mentioned in number 1 earlier, it is necessary to establish an Amendment to the Regulation of the National Election Commission Number 07 Year 2012 concerning the Stages, Programs, and Schedule of the Conduct of the 2014 General Election for Members of the House of Representatives, House of Regional Representatives, and In View of : 1. Law No. 2 Year 2008 concerning Political Parties (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2008 No. 2, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4801) as amended by Law No. 2 Year 2011 concerning the Amendment on Law No. 2 Year 2008 concerning Political Parties (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 No. 8, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5189); 2. Law No. 12 Year 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legal Regulation (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 No. 82, Additional State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5234);

The National Election Commission Regulation No. 31 Year 2008 concerning the Code of Ethics of General Election Conductors. Bearing in Mind : 1. The Decision of the National Election Commission Plenary Meeting, 25 October 2012, PASSING THE DECISION Establishing : THE SECOND AMENDMENT ON THE NATIONAL ELECTION COMMISSION REGULATION NUMBER 7 YEAR 2012 CONCERNING THE STAGES, PROGRAMS, AND SCHEDULE OF THE CONDUCT OF THE 2014 GENERAL ELECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE HOUSE OF REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND THE REGIONAL HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. Article 1 Amending the Stages, Programs, and Schedule of the Conduct of the 2014 General Election of the Members of the House of Representatives, the House of Regional Representatives, and the as mentioned by attachments, which shall be an inseparable part of this Regulation.
