All of our bins have a unique serial number, which is logged so we can track each bin s life cycle. Stage 2 When your bin is full, simply click the non-returning lid down, and post it back to us using the FREEPOST service. Stage 4 COBA now processes the waste in accordance with the hazardous waste regulation act. Stage 3 On receipt of the bin, we will send you your Waste Transfer Certificate, which you sign and return for your records.
