1 Yu will have the ptin t electrnically deliver the Cntract Package t yur custmers via a Dcument Delivery website, rather than printing them in the reviewing r printing steps f the ecntracting prcess. The Remte Dcument Delivery prcess will send the credit applicatin and the finance cntract t the custmer. Dealer upladed files r frms, faxes, r any frms that a custmer des nt need t sign will nt be sent t the custmer. Prviding a Custmer a Review Cpy Within the Cntract Package page f RuteOne, cmplete steps 1 and 2 f the ecntracting prcess. Once step 2 is cmplete, a new Review Cpy buttn will be enabled n the Cntract Package page during the Review step f the ecntracting prcess. Click the Review Cpy buttn t electrnically deliver the Cntract Package, rather than printing it. NOTE: If the custmer chses t have the dcuments printed, simply fllw the current ecntracting prcess, and click the Review buttn t print all dcuments. Cntinue t fllw the steps in the Cmpleting the sectin f this dcument. Prviding a Custmer the Cmpleted Signed Cpy Within the Cntract Package page f RuteOne, cmplete steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 f the ecntracting prcess. Once step 4 is cmplete, a Cmpleted Cpy buttn will be enabled n the Cntract Package page during the Print step f the ecntracting prcess. Click the Cmplete Cpy buttn t electrnically deliver the Cntract Package rather than printing it. Nte: If the custmer chses t have the dcuments printed, simply fllw the current ecntracting prcess, and click the Print buttn t print all dcuments. 2 Cmpleting the After clicking either the Review Cpy buttn, r the Cmpleted Cpy buttn, yu will receive a pp-up windw in RuteOne requesting the custmer s address and mbile phne number. NOTE: It is imperative that a valid address and mbile number are entered as the custmer will receive an with a link t the cntract package in additin t an SMS text message as part f the authenticatin prcess. If there is bth a buyer and c-buyer, their cpies can bth be delivered separately and in fact, bth the buyer s and c-buyer s addresses and mbile phne number must be unique (cannt be the same). Enter the custmer s address & mbile phne number in the pp-up windw, and click the Submit buttn. The custmer will receive an , which will cntain a link. The cnsumer shuld click the link in Step 1 f the . The custmer will be navigated t the website. The custmer will als receive a text message t his r her mbile phne, which will cntain the tken that s required t access the website.

3 Within the Dcument Delivery website, the custmer will be required t cmplete the three steps listed belw: Step 1: Read the esign cnsent and click the I Accept buttn. NOTE: The custmer must scrll t the bttm f the dcument in rder t enable the I Accept buttn. Step 2: The custmer will need t enter the tken cde that was sent t his r her mbile phne via text message, and click the Cntinue buttn. NOTE: A new tken is required each time the custmer lgs in t the website. T request a new tken the custmer will need t click the Need a New Tken? link underneath the Cntinue buttn n Step 2.

4 Step 3: Click the Cntract Package buttn t view the dcuments. The custmer will be navigated t the Cntract Package, where the custmer will be able t view the dcuments. After reviewing the dcuments, the custmer must click the Verify & Cntinue buttn. Until the three steps have been cmpleted by the custmer within the Dcument Delivery website: The fllwing message will be displayed n the Cntract Package page in RuteOne fr that deal. Once the three steps have been cmpleted by the custmer: The Cntract Package page will autmatically refresh and the Demnstrated Access' pp-up will disappear; The cntract within the Cntract manager page will have a RDD status within the User clumn t indicate the has been cmplete by the custmer; and

5 The new esign Cnsent frm is nw included as part f the Cntract Package. Yu are nw able t prceed t Assign & Distribute step within the ecntracting prcess if yu chse t use (fr the final cpy r the review cpy). NOTE: If yu dn t want t wait fr the custmer t cmplete the steps, yu can click the X in the upper right hand crner f the pp-up widw. This will nt cancel the custmer s access t the Remte Dcument Delivery dcumentatin.

6 TIPS is nt the delivery f the cntact fr signing, but instead the review and final cpies delivered are t the buyer(s). The custmer will have access t his r her Cntract Package via the Dcument Delivery website fr tw weeks, and shuld save the dcuments t a persnal strage device. Once the tw weeks have expired, the custmer will n lnger have access t the site and must cntact the dealership r the finance surce fr cpies f the Cntract Package dcuments. The custmer will receive multiple reminders as the time the access gets clser t expiring. The custmer may print and save the cntract t a strage device while lgged int the Dcument Delivery website.
