PIPE HANDLING KNUCKLE BOOM CRANE 1 x Triplex Knuckle Boom crane for 4.5 mt located on the aft pipe deck. RISER HANDLING SYSTEM Fincantieri s Patented fully automated Riser Handling System handles the riser joint from BOP HANDLING 1 x BOP Overhead Crane with a total capacity of abt. 650 t and outfitted with 2x35 t auxiliary hoists. 1 x moonpool trolley with a hang off capacity of abt. 1,000 t. The trolley has a hang off capacity of abt. 400 t for casing hang off operation. LOADING STATIONS The loading stations are located at port and starboard sides with 8 connections each for loading bulk mud, cement, liquid mud, drill water, brine, base oil, marine diesel oil and fresh water. Well control system and Subsea equipment BOP The vessel is designed for storage, handling and service up to two 20 kpsi BOPs, 7 cavities, 600 t weight each. The vessel is equipped with: one 18 3/4, 15K BOP with 6 cavities. MARINE RISER Up to 12,000 ft of 21 O.D., 75ft joint. RISER TENSIONERS Wire line tensioners are available in two configurations: 8 x 2 x 225 kips, total capacity of 3,600,000 lb or 8 x 2 x 285 kips, total capacity of 4,560,000 lb C&K AND MANIFOLD C&K manifold rated for 20,000 psi.
