All county employees Benefits Discounted parking rates in the county garage shared between county employees registered in the carpool* Shared commuting expenses Guaranteed Ride Home complimentary taxi ride home, twice a year Alternative Parking free parking twice a month in the county surface lot Free bus pass pick up an ORCA card for the days you don t carpool and everyday errands *Mixed Carpools: If you carpool with only employees of other agencies or companies, you will need to register as a mixed carpool and will be eligible for the Guaranteed Ride Home program only and not discounted parking rates. Yes, however, the intent of the ORCA Passport program is to give employees the option to try an alternative means of commuting to and from work each day Can a family member use the ORCA Passport card? No, the card is issued to employees for their personal commute use sharing of the card could result in revoked use privileges How does the county track card use?
