3 luminium worm geared motors compact and economic Lenze aluminium worm geared motors are economic and adaptable drives for powers 90W to 2.2kW, output speeds 8 to 280r/min and torques to 557Nm. Modular gearbox mounting Optional feet, single and double shafts, torque arms and output flanges Modular motor options Standard is 3 phase with options for 1 phase, brake motors and dc permanent magnet. 3 ast delivery Part numbers in blue are usually available from stock. Other models can be shipped on short lead times. Motors Standard are Lenze 3 phase motors with aluminium frames, IP55 enclosure, class insulation, IE1 standard efficiency to 0.55kW, IE2 high efficiency 0.75 to 2.2kW. Supply is: 230/400V 3 phase 50Hz ± 10% 277/480V 3 phase 60Hz ± 10% Motors can be used in ambients -15 to +40 and up to 1000m a.s.l. without derating. Details of other motors on request. efficiency Running efficiency is achieved after a short period of running-in. Typical efficiency figures vary with the gear ratio: i = 5 10 η > 80% i = η = 60-80% i = η = 50-70% Smaller sizes have efficiencies to lower end of the bands. More accurate data is available on request. Starting efficiencies are lower by about 25%, ie 80% efficiency becomes 55%. Other gearbox options Specification vacuum impregnated casing avoids leaks supplied unpainted but can be painted on request operating temperature range - 15 to +40 factory filled with synthetic lubricant Telium VS 320 and sealed for life, food grade oils optional oversize bearings for long life and acceptance of high radial loads high quality nitrile seals Maintenance free Sizes 030 to 085 are supplied with synthetic oil providing longlife lubrication for all mounting positions without maintenance (except 085 to 110 in V5 and V6 positions, please contact us). Size 110 is filled with mineral oil and fitted with breather, level and drain plugs. Specify mounting position when ordering.
