1 The following requirements must be met to qualify for Take Me To Japan lucky draw: - Stamp card must be completed with 3 valid stamps - Quiz question must be answered correctly - Contact details must be completed, valid and clearly stated on the stamp card - Stamp card must be dropped into the lucky draw box at any participating The Soup Spoon or The Soup Spoon Union outlets by 12 October 2015 Only Japan Souper Inspirations soup or soup set purchases are valid for exchange of stamps. A free cake is redeemable on the 3 rd stamp. Free cake must be redeemed at point of purchase of the 3 rd Japan Souper Inspirations soup (i.e. the collection of the 3 rd stamp). Stamps must be collected at point of purchase only. Customers are not allowed to come back to the cashier after purchase to claim a stamp. No accumulation of stamps across separate stamp cards is allowed. Promotion period is from 1 September 2015 to 12 October One stamp card entitles the participant to one chance in the draw. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be submitted by end of business day, 12 October 2015 to qualify for the draw. Winners will be randomly selected by the management of Diners World Travel Pte Ltd. Draw will be held at Diners World Travel Pte Ltd on 27 October 2015 and winners will be notified via and text message. Prizes will be considered as forfeited and another winner will be picked if there is no response from the winner within 14 days of notification. Terms & Conditions for Land Arrangement Grand Prize: 1) This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour. 2) Customers will carry their own baggage. There is not much space on the Shinkansen or bus, so we recommend leaving large items such as suitcases at your hotel in Tokyo. 3) Please note that no stop will be made for lunch on day-1 of the tour. Lunch is not included in the tour. We recommend purchasing lunch before departure and eating on the train. 4) Due to traffic, weather, or other operational concerns, public transportation may be used for transportation to Tokyo Station, and/or the Shinkansen from Shinagawa Station. 5) As the tour requires a lot of walking, please participate in comfortable clothes and shoes. If you are planning to attend this tour during the winter months (October to February), please bring a coat or other warm clothing. 6) Depending on traffic, weather, or other operational concerns, a highway bus or private chartered bus may be used for transportation between Nagoya and Takayama, and a private bus may be used for transportation between Takayama and Kanazawa. 6

7 7) Kusakabe Heritage House and/or Kami Sannomachi may be visited on Day-2 instead of Day-1. 8) The tour will use a public expressway bus on Day-2 to transfer between Takayama and Kanazawa. The tour will also use public transportation on Day-3. 9) If Wada Residence is closed or cannot be reached due to heavy snow, the tour will visit the Nagase Residence or Myozen-ji Temple instead. 10) The hotel drop-off that departs from Tokyo Station will service hotels located within the Tokyo 23 special wards area. At the time of booking, please inform us of the name of the hotel at which you would like to be dropped-off. 11) The transfer from Kanazawa to Tokyo may be made via the Hokuriku Shinkansen (the guide will not accompany the tour on the train).
