Bring water and beverages, removing plates and silver when the guest is done; wipes down empty tables and prepares them for the next guest; generally follows the guidance of the server. You may also bring food from the kitchens to the dining areas to assist waitstaff in timely delivery of meals. Hostess: The Hostess greets and welcomes guests, seats the guest at their table, hands them menus and introduces their server.
