Should you have any questions regarding the program, or registration, please contact us at HOW TO REGISTER The first step is to complete and return this form to SWAP. Please your completed form to Within 2 working days, SWAP will send you your receipt and your pre-departure guide. You will also receive log-in details to gain access to the SWAP Members Lounge (including the Job Database) within a week. It is your responsibility to confirm that this information was received. If you do not receive confirmation within this time period, please contact SWAP. Remember that it is your responsibility to get your work visa from International Experience Canada. SWAP cannot assist you with your application. Make sure you keep in contact with SWAP regarding your arrival date and let us know of any changes. 3 PART 3: PROGRAM CHOICE Please select the SWAP program option you would like to register for: $300 CAD (plus taxes) for SWAP services for up to 12 months in Canada $375 CAD (plus taxes) for all the same services for up to 12 months in Canada + 2 nights hostel accommodation upon arrival Tax rates vary depending on your arrival city. Please note that SWAP requires you to book at least 2 weeks in advance when requesting accommodation. Additional accommodation nights are available. 4 SWAP TO CANADA TERMS & CONDITIONS Before applying for the SWAP to Canada program, you must accept the following program Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation refund policy. Please read the following very carefully: these are conditions you are agreeing to by submitting this application. If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact SWAP at Program Conditions 1. The applicable program fee (plus tax) is payable upon submission of this application form. 2. Applicants are responsible for obtaining their own working holiday visa for Canada and are advised to do so prior to registering on the SWAP program and booking travel arrangements. For information on how to apply for a Canadian work visa, visit the International Experience Canada (IEC) website: Please note that visa applications must be lodged a minimum of 16 weeks prior to the intended departure date although visa processing times can vary. Even after you have been issued a Port of Enter letter, the final decision in all cases rests with the immigration officer at the port of entry. 3. SWAP does not take responsibility for any expenses incurred for visa denials or delays. 4. Applicants must have comprehensive travel insurance as recommended by International Experience Canada. This coverage must last for the entire duration the program participant will be in Canada. 5. Applicants must take with them evidence of access to the minimum funds required by International Experience Canada and may be asked to show this proof upon arrival in Canada. 6. Applicants must advise SWAP immediately of any changes to travel dates so that hostel bookings can be amended. Any changes made less than 14 days before arrival will incur additional fees. 7. All prices are subject to change without notice and no details are confirmed until full payment has been received. 8. All prices are subject to applicable taxes (13% for Toronto arrivals; 5% for Vancouver arrivals).

5 CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellations received within seven (7) days of purchasing SWAP services will be accepted by SWAP and any refund will be solely at the discretion of SWAP. 2. Cancellations received after seven (7) days from the date of purchase will not be refunded. 3. Cancellations received after arrival date into Canada will not be eligible for a refund. 4. All credit card and credit debit card transaction surcharges are non-refundable. DECLARATION I have read and understood all the program conditions and eligibility requirements, and to the best of my knowledge I am eligible for the International Experience Canada visa. I agree to abide by all applicable government visa and passport rules and the program rules of SWAP Working Holidays. I agree to act ethically and responsibly at all times while I am a participant of this program. I declare that the statements on this application are true and that any false declaration on my part may result in forfeiture of my place on this program with no entitlement to any refund of my fee or any consequent expenditure.
