3 Workstations Frames are welded from tubular sections and sheet steel with a variety of worktop styles which include laminate, vinyl, steel and specialist surfaces for ESD and chemical resistant applications. Sizes available Widths 1200, 1500 and 1800mm Depths 750 and 910mm Height 840 and 910mm Stainless steel options available for clean room applications. 4 ESD Compliance A range of accessories available to comply with BS EN :2007 Trolleys and Mobiles Mobile cupboard and drawer units. To compliment The Birley Workstations. Available in single (as opposite) or double versions. All steel construction with laminate tops Single unit size nom. W500 x D460 x H760 Double unit size nom. W960 x D460 x H820 Two and three tier trolleys. All steel with robust 125 diameter castors with two braking wheels. Available in 4 standard sizes: W760 x D510 x H840 W910 x D510 x H840 W910 x D610 x H840 W1070 x D610 x H840 Rubber mats, sockets and handles available as extras. 140kg loading per trolley. Instrument Trolley Dimensions W350 x D610 x H840 Adjustable shelf angle with backstop 100mm wheels with rubber tyres fitted as standard. 2 braking wheels per trolley. 120kg weight loading per trolley. 4 way 13amp electrical socket unit available. Black rubber shelf mats are included with the trolley. Stainless steel options available for cleanroom applications

5 Racking and Shelving Shelving and racks supplied vary from industrial angle bolted types to bolt free solutions. Cantilever types for flexible office storage are available with ESD variants to compliment the workplace. Construction is from mild steel with a rugged powder coat finish. Galvanised options available. Wide range of sizes and loading options. For sterile and clean room areas, chrome or stainless steel wire racks are available. Excellent quality Carl Zeiss

6 Conveyers and live storage Live storage systems provide high efficiency order fulfillment and capability to integrate with electronic paperless order picking systems and conveyor equipment. Individual items can be stored and handled efficiently on a first in first out rotation. The construction is of a modular components design with fixed or adjustable angle tilt shelves. Gravity roller conveyors are available in a wide variety of widths and pitch. Stands are height adjustable. Rollers have a bright zinc plate finish. We have been happy with Birley s cooperation. 7 Cupboards and lockers Versatile and extensive range manufactured from mild steel and available in 6 size options, 3 carcass colour options and 6 door colour options. From single to 16 compartments, lockers for medical hygiene feature an anti-bacterial coating. Seating and accessories A full range of ergonomically designed seats and stools available featuring solid polyurethane, vinyl or fabric options. High and low level seating. Options include adjustable backrests, arms, footrests, castors, gas lifts, tilt mechanisms and ESD variants.

8 Warehousing, E-commerce & packing stations Workbenches, Tables and Accessories specifically designed for the packing process. From a simple table with add on accessories to specific ergonomic designs utilised in high volume automated e-commerce facilities. All furniture features fully welded frames with hardwearing lino, vinyl or laminate worktops. The standard range of add on accessories includes roll holders, tape dispensers, shelves and cutters.
