Target Auience Attenee Listing: All chilren were selecte from within the ASEAN member country region. Some chilren were accompanie by aults, particularly from counties outsie. While these accompanying aults functione as personal representatives in the form of school teachers or members of astronomy clubs, they were not regare as attenees within the program. Mr. Pisit Nitiyanat (Khun Whai) International Astronomy: Whai presente a lecture outlining the importance of international collaboration within the scientific community, an in particular, NARIT s relevance within the ASEAN region an the broaer international astronomical community. Monitoring an Evaluation Framework: Both Level 1 (Implementation Evaluation) an Level 2 (Outcomes) were aresse by way of a questionnaire complete by attenees at the conclusion of the Seminar. The secon perio was in Chiang Mai on the Sunay before the seminar ening was more broa base where chilren met with a number of NARIT astronomers an engineers.
