10 Securing a Wedding Date Confirmation Policy A 30 % deposit of the total wedding costs is required upon confirmation of the wedding date. A wedding date will not be confirmed unless a deposit is received and an official confirmation from the wedding planner has been sent. Regarding the deposit payment, we would be finalizing a detailed package, tailored accodring to your needs/ desires and with a projected invoice. Based on this, we will draft a letter of agreement which you would sign. In the event of the bride and groom postponing the wedding, the deposit will be recredited to the new wedding date, this must be confirmed by wedding planner if the postponed date is possible. To confirm all arrangements, the resort requires full payment of the total wedding cost 30 days prior to the wedding celebration. Other suppliers such as photography, VDO, entertainment may require deposit upon confirmation of the service. Package prices are net and inclusive of service charge and governement taxes. Cancellations Cancellations/payments made 90 days prior to ceremony date are 50% refundable. Cancellations/payments made 30 days or less prior to ceremony date are nonrefundable. A 3% bank fee is required for refunding payments payable to the bank not the resort. Refund procedure takes approximately 4560 working days. Terms & Conditions Only one wedding per day. Wedding dates are on first come first serve basis. All guests attending the wedding are entilted to the guest package Guest package/children charges : 417 years old half price, Under 4 free of charge All wedding package prices and extra services are current and valid up to December Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Outside suppliers are not permitted without prior approval from the wedding planner. No food and beverages of any kind, other than those provided by the resort, will be permitted onto the resort s property without the consent of a representative of the resort. The issue will be treated on case by case basis and corkage fee will be charged. No loud/dancing music is permitted after 11pm in the restaurant or in other venues of the resort. The resort reserves the right to adjust the volume at anytime if it deems to be too disturbing for surrounding areas and guests. In the event of early departure(from Koh Samui), DVDs will be sent via courier to an agreed adress, at an extra cost. The resort reserves the right to use photos and VDO of the wedding couple for marketing purposes.
