3 Returns 1. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. 2. No returns will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from Sessemo. 3. Returns: RMA s must be requested prior to making a return. Approved RMA s and goods must be returned within 30 days. Returns must be clean, original packaging, and suitable for resale. Special orders are not returnable. Natural Stone Samples 1. Samples are a representation of color only. We suggest requesting multiple pieces from our inventory for specific projects for closer representation. 2. Tolerance of 1-2mm difference or variation in thickness and measurements may be possible. 3. Showroom display floors and vignettes are 50% off listed wholesale price. 4. Loose samples are 40% off listed wholesale price. 3
