5 Rules and Regulations Welcome to Juliette Falls! Juliette Falls wants you, the member, to enjoy utilizing this facility. As any kind of Membership there must be certain rules and guidelines for every member to follow. Members must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the traditions of the game of golf. The obligation of enforcing these rules and regulations is placed in the hands of the management and staff whose principal responsibility is to assure you all of the courtesies, comforts and services which you are so entitled. But, it is further the duty of the Membership to know and understand the rules and regulations, and to cooperate with the management and staff in the enforcement of these rules and regulations. All memberships are offered at the discretion of the Club and Club owner, and may be amended, changed, revoked or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of the Club and Club owner. Membership dues and fees do not confer any ownership of the club, its property or assets. Any conduct detrimental to the golf club, its employees or fellow members may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges. Alcohol Policy Juliette Falls Golf Club allows for the consumption of alcoholic beverages by its members according to the laws of the Florida Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the property of Juliette Falls. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Juliette Falls Golf Club. Abuse of Juliette Falls Golf Club alcohol beverage policy is not tolerated and any violation of this policy could result in membership suspension or termination. Member Discounts As a member of Juliette Falls Golf Club, Members have the privilege of dining at a discounted rate. The following are stipulations and guidelines in which all members must follow when using their discount: Members are allowed a discount of 10% off food and beverages excluding banquets and special events. For single Membership Package-Only member is entitled to discount (Guest must pay full price) For Family Membership Package-Only Member and the family members listed on the membership agreement are entitled to discount (Guest must pay full price) 10% discount in not valid and/or cannot be combined with any other discount, special or promotion which includes Happy Hour and/ or Daily Specials. Any member referring a new member to Juliette Falls will receive $50.00 credit to their account and one guest pass upon a new member signed agreement.

6 Membership Commitment Options I hereby accept a Membership Commitment to join Juliette Falls Golf Club. I fully understand that by accepting this option, I must maintain my membership account in good standing for the term of the contract. Any account terminated by the club for a violation of Club rules or policies is subject to an early termination penalty as stated below: Upon written notice of termination of membership by the Club for violation of Club rules or policies, the early termination fee of $ will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Annual or Seasonal Memberships are Non-Refundable. All Annual or Seasonal Memberships that have not fulfilled their contractual term months in member dues will be deemed as breach of contract. It can lead to legal proceedings including collections of the remaining balance of Member dues, along with any costs relating to the legal proceedings and collections.
