1 Seven cities in Canada enjoyed the great fortune of Didi Sheilu s sweet, spiritual presence. Despite the vastness of this country (Canada is physically the second largest country in the world behind Russia), Sheilubhen s inclusive and welcoming nature created a sense of closeness, belonging and unity. 2 Vancouver (July 29 - August 1) Sheilubhen s time in Vancouver included: Tying Rakhi for Officials at India Consulate of Vancouver Brahmin Retreat The Silent Mind, at Glenbrook Park Public and BK Rakhi Programs, A Love That Unites Visit to world-renowned Buchart Gardens while touring city of Victoria It was a wonderful, happy experience to have Shielu Didi with us the whole day during our Victoria visit. Those able to join went together in the ferry, saw Buchart s Garden and downtown Victoria. This gathering was very special for each one of us because Shielu Didi was our companion; it was a fortunate scene in the drama which we all will cherish forever in every cycle. Sheilu Didi taking leave...will cherish forever... BK Retreat Shielu Didi also made us realize the difference between Karmateet stage and Completion stage. Karmateet stage means beyond karma (Karma ateet); means the souls will have no pull towards anything of the old world and they will be ready to return BK Retreat in Glenbrook Park home.completion stage is when all our karmic accounts are settled and all our sins are absolved. 3 Calgary (August 1-3) Sheilubhen s time in Calgary included: Discourse at Hindu Temple Public and BK Rakhi Programs, A Love That Unites Shielu Didi arrived in Calgary as a shining star. She brought a fragrance of lightness, serenity and purity such that all felt welcomed and special. Her talk on the topic of Maintaining Inner Calm Amidst Chaos at the Hindu Temple was respectful and profound, clearly impacting those attending. Despite a full schedule, Didi was tireless and ever-ready! Chit chat with Family at Shakti Bhawan Speaking at Hindu Temple Sheilu Didi taking leave I was deeply touched by Sheilubhen s power to accommodate, to respect, to value. At the Hindu Temple, she gave such regard to the gathering with every gesture; with the Family, she flowed easily with the program as it unfolded; and at the end of a long day she gave the most precious treasure of time to a longtime BK who was not able to attend programs. 4 Edmonton (August 3-5) Sheilubhen s time in Edmonton included:, Experiencing Powerful Yoga BK Rakhi Program, A Love That Unites Sheilu Didi s program was a real success here in Edmonton. The Rakhi evening was very special with about 30% first-timers (to the Centre); the room was overflowing! So many expressed thankful messages following the program. We were very happy to have her here and would love her to come back! BK Morning Class Sr Sheilu shared in the Brahmin gathering: 1. We are first Draupadis...stripped of all virtues 2. Next we are the Gopis, thrilled to meet God 3. Then we are Sitas...we lose our enthusiasm...would love her to come back! 4. We become Kalis, learning to take back our power and remove the weaknesses 5. Finally, we are Shaktis, in full bloom and bapsamaan Halifax (August 8-10) Sheilubhen s time in Halifax included: Touring the Beauty of Nova Scotia BK & s, A Love That Unites Our small but mighty family had a very beautiful time with Sheilu Didi. In Madhuban the brothers get motorcycles blessed; here in Halifax, Baba had a new flat screen television monitor for showing transmissions from Madhuban which Didi graciously blessed. We enjoyed the fragrance of Madhuban and the sweet simplicity of Baba s child and teacher. The local Brahmin priest (also our neighbour) came for Morning Class and Rakhi...and it was a delight to watch brother and sister interact....we enjoyed the fragrance of Madhuban. 5 Toronto (August 5-8) Sheilubhen s time in Toronto included: Precious Family time A visit to world famous Niagara Falls Interview by Kanta Arora of Asian Television Network (ATN) for her TV Program, Jhankar Public Program on Experiencing Powerful Yoga BK Rakhi Program on A Love that Unites TV Taping for ATN Niagara Falls Public Rakhi Pro g ram Jewels shared by Didi included: Love based on spirituality is the true love which unites, whereas love based on body consciousness separates and divides. Soul consciousness is the true form of love. When we water the seed, the whole tree gets nourished. Similarly when we love the ONE, everyone receives the love. Shirshasana is balancing on head. Let there not be balance on head, but balance of mind. It is important to be emotionally mature and strong. Baba says be like a needle and thread and not scissors. Unite by seeing good qualities of each other.

6 Montreal (August 11-13) Sheilubhen s time in Montreal included: Precious Family time Public and BK Rakhi Programs, A Love That Unites Enjoying the beauty of Montreal BK Rakhi Progra m Sheilu Didi arrived at the Montreal Center in a flurry of rose petals, bringing with her the fragrance and sweetness of Madhuban. Though her visit was brief a mere 36 hours the hearts and minds of everyone were filled. Sister Sheilu s depth of knowledge, lightness, tirelessness, humour, powerful presence, and personal experiences, were like 36 varieties of spiritual food that empowered, inspired and uplifted. The morning Rakhi Program for the Brahmin Family was powerful in its simplicity and sweet silence. And in the evening, the Public Program saw well over 100 souls fill the Center to capacity in order to make their promise and have their Rakhi tied. Memorable to both was Sr Sheilu s sharing of the significance of the tilak of sandalwood paste representing various qualities of the soul: the colour (purity), the coolness when applied (peace), and the fragrance (happiness). In fact, a fitting description of herself! 7 Quebec City (August 10-11) Sheilubhen s time in Quebec City included: Precious Family time Rakhi Program on A Love that Unites At Baba s Center To keep the mind peaceful, we must forgive and forget. Rakhi Program Rakhi Program The time with Sheila Didi was short but profound. In the evening, around 55 contact souls came to explore the power of transformation through tying Rakhi. Tuesday morning was special time for the Brahmin Family. We enjoyed her sharing, which included the following: If there is darkness and you put on the light, there is light. In the same way, in order to finish anger, just think I am a peaceful soul, and anger will automatically disappear. Through the eyes, see others too as peaceful souls. To keep the mind peaceful, we must forgive and forget. Sheilu Didi described these scenes in the Drama as being like a dream come true. It definitely was for us lucky souls of Canada. Each of us took so much benefit while being deeply inspired to keep flying in our own efforts.
