2 WAX All of our wax blends are 100% biodegradable, safe and non-toxic. You have found the most consistent, clean and long-burning candles available. SCENT We don t just INCLUDE essential oils in our candles. Our candles are scented using ONLY pure plant-based essential oils. Our essential oils are never adulterated with synthetic fragrance, perfumes, chemical enhancers or boosters. The oils are vigorously blended throughout the wax to create a sustainable fragrant and long-lasting candle. When our candles burn, pure botanical aromatherapy is released. Nothing else. Subtle color variations are the result of our use of essential oils (like orange or patchouli). WICK Our wicks are made from cotton, paper or hemp. We never use wicks that contain metal. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Way Out Wax will gladly replace or refund any product that has burn defects or other physical defects that do not meet customer expectations. We will also honor non-defective returns and exchanges per the following policies. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Defective Products: We will assume responsibility of return shipping costs and upon confirmation of defect. We will replace or issue equivalent credit for value of defective product. Non-defective Products: The customer assumes responsibility of return shipping costs. Products must be returned to us in re-sellable condition. After product is received and verified resellable, we will gladly exchange or issue credit for the appropriate value. If product is not received in re-sellable condition, the customer will only receive partial credit. Shipping damages will be taken into consideration. Please take care when packaging returns.
